He's more like an admiral overseeing the armada. This leaves the fact open that the 'captain' of one of the ships can still very well run the ship aground. ;)
Actually, Santa Monica Studios themselves admitted that they weren't involved "with saving the game". A few guys from SMS visited Team Ico and offered a few bits of information. That's it.
As much as you'd like to believe that a brilliant American studio came in to save the day from the incompetent Japanese Team Ico, that simply didn't happen.
The author is a tool. He looked for openings in the wording (and non wording) of a few basic tidbit of information and crafted a story to get views.
Hey author, are you seriously that dense? Or perhaps you ran out of other click bait yarns to spin. Lmao, even the fake mega man game is getting a physical release...ON PS4 and XBONE. Hell, even the dismally selling Wii U and Vita are getting physical media.
The idea that Yu won't put in $2-5/disk to prod...
Wasted your breath...dude has one bubble.
I think the AI on Toriko will be Ueda's crowning achievement. Watch the trailer again and if you can't appreciate the nuances of that thing, not much else can be explained to you.
That would be "We won't charge you to play games you OWN THE USAGE RIGHTS TO".
I think you guys are missing the biggest piece of Spencer's gaff here:
"We won't charge you to play games that YOU ALREADY OWN."
Did XBOX head honcho just admit we "OWN" our games (in regards to Microsoft software)?
You guys seriously think that most of these "leaks" are genuine leaks?
Most of these are marketing ploys to generate buzz. They get more attention and generate more interest right now when nothing else is competing for attention. Or they can release info on the same stage as 100 other announcements. When do you think their percentages to get attention is higher?
The only time these people will be happy is when they get this stuff for free. Truth be told, they've whined about this since day one. Even with prices moving down, they still say it's not enough.
Price cut after price cut, they will still demand deeper, steeper cuts. You know what their "price point" is? Lol, they want it for free.
You speak as if you're entitled to have this just because you want it.
For whatever reason, Nintendo only makes a certain amount of these. Whatever that reason is, it's their right to do so. And thus, the quantity supplied is fixed. If you really want and think you deserve one of a limited number of said item, you need to do what you need to do to procure one.
American made game. Therefore, it's ok. Everything Americans do is ok. Didn't you know that?
Chinese killing others in land dispute? BAD!
Americans killing Natives for land? GOOD!
Japanese killing whales for food? BAD!
Americans killing Saudis for oil? GOOOD!!
Lol, can't wait for the say the rest of the world gets fed up with America's crap and puts them in their place. You can bully one or two smaller c...
Smart play. Same here.
They give free stuff away as free rewards. Still people start bitching about how unfair it is to them and they DESERVE refunds/adjustments. Lmao, if you were too stupid to see that an eventual slash in the cost of points for items, then I don't know what to say to you.
They were nice enough to even lower the price to get stuff for those that chose to hang on to their points for a bit longer to anticipate this. Still, you entitled bitches whine about how bad the company ...
Why does this need to be broken into 9 separate freaking pages? That website needs to learn to respect readers in some capacity and stop whoring out 7-20 click ad pages for ONE story.
It's pretty shameless.
Incorrect.
It will cost "significantly" more than a console.
I don't believe the decision of Valve to host it is the main issue in these comments. It's the people on here saying the developers have no RIGHT to make a game with this type of theme.
In effect, they are stating an individual's human right to free thought and expression no longer applies, when their thought or expression is contrary to perceived morality.
From what can be seen, the game violates no other person's inalienable rights, that is...
Why does it even matter that a game like this is even offered? As the gaming public has claimed over and over, games don't lead to violence. Yes? That's the claim, right? So who cares that a "game" is made that has some ridiculous game play theme? It's not going to lead someone to go out and hunt down gays/lesbians, right? What's it matter to everyone here who doesn't approve of it? They can just NOT BUY it, yes?
It's no wonder people are slowly and purposely getting their "freedoms" whittled down to nothing. If you don't understand what the concept of what a "true" freedom is, don't run your mouth when the law starts infringing on it.
I personally don't like the idea of someone making something like this, but you know what, he is in every right to create it and sell it if there is an audience to buy it. AND OF COURSE, Valve has every right to not...
Of course you do. Thieves love to justify any thing they do.
It's actually a very good idea to NOT show alot of the other titles. Sony's conference had 4-6 "mic dropping" moments and pretty much stole the show from everything else.
After GUARDIAN, HORIZON, FFVII, and SHENMUE, did you guys not notice the crickets chirping until U4?
Some of the other stuff was decently good on its own merits, but after the megatons announced, the other lesser reveals may as well not even show up, because no one really ...
