do you not have siblings frjoe?
that's just the way things work, it's always their fault.
he should have bought a better controller. ^_^

how about they remember tha benefits of the preowned market before they try to destroy it.

it's folly of the highest order that ea are the ones with the biggest hard on for destroying the preowned market when they probably benefit from it the most.
how many people trade in their old copies of fifa or madden or any other of their annual identikit sports games to get the newest version.

a second person playing online with the game and the original o...

i thought the problem was they did have them but they weren't thick enough on some of the machines.

i think the xbox brand is past the point where it hangs totally on halo.
it's still probably the jewel of the xbox crown, but it's no longer the only basket ms have their eggs in, to mix metaphors.

oh poker in RDR, even more of a distraction than collecting flowers for the survivalists challenges, and damn they were a distraction. ^_^

and also rather ironically those who support this crap completely ignore the fact that it's our property these arseholes are deliberately devaluing.

as for the suggestion that 100% of the profit of a preowned sale going to somebody who has absolutely no influence in the making of the product.
well that's just wrong.
what about the person who bought the game in the first place, they paid for the game new.
but no, sheep who support this bullshit ...

i think that broke my brain.

lets try counting to ten.
1, 2, 5, cucumber, 9, monkey, monkey, tree, the speed of light, 10.

hmm, seems fine to me. (^_^)

i would think they'd be better of focusing on finishing the game and releasing it first

ok i just discovered it's just europe that hasn't got it, apparently some board game maker sued over the name because their board game, trench or something, that has almost no similarities to trenched other than trenchbeing in the title and that it's set in wwii

i've played plenty of free to play games that are supported by microtransactions.
some of then are damn good.
hell, team fortress 2 is now free to play.
and it is totally possible to play most of these games without spending a penny, there will be plenty of people who will be spending money in the game.

i'd love to see more of these types of games on consoles, especially if you can use funds from your main account to buy in game items.

seems to be a standard defense for a substandard product these days, "you just don't understand it"

it didn't work for lair, and it won't work here.

this coming from the studio that decided it was too much work to add women to their game.

it's ok to add diversity if it's easy.
like changing the skin tone, if it requires more work then screw it right?

most games that have a character creator let you change the skin colour, and many of them let you create a female character too.

splash damage have no right to be claiming they're all progressive or anything because that&#...

not all downloads.
some capcom games need to be played by the account they were bought with.

because they are.
they trying to profit from our property, that's why people are upset.

once i buy a game, the publisher gets its fair share and that copy of the game is now my property.
and i can do what i want with it and the publisher can't do a god damned thing.
well, provided i don't violate the copyright, and transferring ownership of that copy does not in fact do that.

one of the rights of ownership is the right to r...

the fuck they are.

1: it's 100% legal.
2: it's our property we're selling.

if there's a criminal in this scenario it's the publisher.
we're exercising our legal right to resell our property and they're trying to prevent us from doing so.

can somebody get zero bubbles, because i think we have a worthy candidate here.

5332d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

but once we've bought a copy, that copy is no longer theirs, it's ours.
once i've paid for a game i own it, it's my property, they have no claim to it then, other than preventing us from illegally copying it.

what they're doing is trying to make money off the sale of OUR games.

it's a murdoch rag, what do you expect.

for the record, i have no love for the 3ds, nintendo have made too many boneheaded decisions with that machine for me to be interested in it.

but i hate murdoch and everything he's involved with.

the writer seems to be under the misconception that a digital download bypasses the publisher and all the money goes straight to the developer.
maybe with a small game that the developers publish straight to some online service it might, but you buy any game from a publisher as a download and you can bet they're taking their share.

given the choise i'll take a hard copy that can't be taken away from me with a little update.
one where if my console ...

i agree, i quite like a bit of grinding if the game is fun.

it's when the game isn't fun that grinding is a problem.
