jazz hands to shoot: check.
on rails movement: check.
damn, i want this.
need money. :(
not just for the game but for a classic controller, from what i've read it wont recognise a gamecube pad.
i thought they were going for the original setting of victorian london.
still, it does look good.
and any game that takes flashback as one it's main inspirations has got to be worth a look.
unless of course you're talking about fade to black.
morgan freeman's never done a game has he?
you know what would have been awesome?
if he did the narration for bastion.
technically it's two words. ^_^
but a great article nonetheless.
a lot of the criticism from videogames comes from people who've never played video games.
sit these people down and give them a wide variety of games to play and let them know clearly which ones are for kids and which are only for adults and they might finally understand a bit better.
the reason they don't have the same criticisms as often for films and tv is...
how about they sort out the pink knight for europe, finally.
i mean, it's only been six fucking months.
i have to agree.
from the last couple of side scrolling sonic games i'd say sega's idea of improved physics is sonic taking too long to get up to speed and when he does he's too fast to even see what's coming up.
i was actually looking forward to this, but those two words strike fear into the heart of any sonic fan.
so people want the publisher/developer to show more support for the ps3?
and they plan to do that by not buying the game for ps3?
i've never understood the logic in that one.
sure it's annoying, but by not buying the ps3 version, the only ones who win are ms.
seem like cutting off your nose to spite your face, so ms wont allow great games on the xbox if they launched on the psn first?
i'm glad sony don't have a policy like that, we wouldn't have got games like braid, limbo and castle crashers.
in the end it's the players who lose out with decisions like this.
if anything this would benefit sony.
they can get previously 360 exclusive titles on ps3, but ms won't allow pre...
i'd like to see the character creator return as well.
it was a great tool, evolving the design of your character as you played through the game.
i don't know why forza would be on the list, the later games on 360 have just made the game better haven't they?
it's not like they took out a load of features or anything is it?
i'd like to see the original fable remade though, especially if they added a female option like the later games had, and i think i read they wanted that option for the original but didn't have time or something.
robocop content, now?
seems a bit random, but cool i guess.
two words
BULL and SHIT.
there's a big difference between a game being best online and not letting people play the game if they can't connect.
what about when my isp goes down?
what about when their servers go down?
and there are people living in places where they can't get a stable high speed internet connection, so fuck them right?
that's the actiblizz way now isn't it?
this will be pirate...
do konami even know what silent hill fans like?
if they do why on earth are they letting a silent hill twin stick shooter get made?
just check out book of memories and tell me that's gonna be truer to the silent hill name than 4 was.
some are, some aren't.
that's the fact.
and when there are differences these days they're pretty minor.
the article does make some good points.
but i don't think that minor inconsistency takes much away from the games.
hell, maybe that everyman thing being false is part of his character, a facade drake puts up.
he knows what he's capable of, but he doesn't want everybody else to.
he is something of a thief and conman after all.
i think you answered your own question there.
"It looks the same as any other COD game"
that is freaking awesome.
i quite like the new maria, not sure about the new james yet.
but you're right though, they've gone for totally the wrong voice for eddie.
you can play it with one hand.
you have to wonder if that was a design feature. ^_^
