No issue on either the disc version of the demo or the download. I am not saying it doesn't exist but so far I have asked over 20 people I know that have tried the demo and they haven't seen the issue.
One thing that should impress is Insomniac is acting now to fix the problem. Unlike those supposed remastered hi res movies I ridiculously shelled out $129 a few weeks ago. That crap will never be fixed.
Capcom Unity is a multiplatform announcement. Either Dead Rising 2 or Lost Planet 2 for PS3, 360, and PC. Hence the name 'Unity' as in unifies the community with a game all can enjoy.

Official site still says 360 as well as PS3. Sony would have had to pay a lot of money since it is fairly well along in development to cancel and lose all of the work now.
