"The game, which Ubisoft said is planned for "next-generation consoles and PC," is scheduled for release in March 2008 to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the Rainbow Six gaming franchise."
You act as if there is nothing wrong with the game when a simple trip to the forums art xbox.com will prove otherwise. Slobbing a knob? That is what you are doing my blind fellating friend.
The game is good but you shouldn't talk it up. It has it's faults. Squad combat is annoying because your allies can be on the stupid side.
There is nothing like firing from behind cover and having a team member come and stand on the outside of the cover, exposed, getting killed while they block your view. This sort of idiocy happens in the game...a lot.
It is a really good title. But a 10? No. Too many areas a texture pop in, too many people to whom you walk up to and you can't even get a "I don't have time to speak to you." It affects the immersion. If you sit with the game for an hor you will find plenty of issues that stop it from being a 10. Don't get wrong, it is a game well worth the price. But there are too many areas where this graphical powerhouse is over run by other games.
Yes it has been a rocky start but smartass comments are all you have now. Ratchet, then Uncharted, now Unreal. it just keeps getting sweeter. I would rather have Haze after it is delayed than not at all. It is called Xbox because Haze was X'ed off that platform.
IT ISN'T A HE, IT IS A SHE. ms-kleaneasy (As in Mrs Clean Easy) has been around a long time. I knew her from the Flashpoint series (Avon Lady website/ Flashpoint mods). She is 1000% reliable and she isn't joe shmo.
Agreed. I have had a good time with the game. There are mainly some AI issues but overall it has been a very enjoyable title. Lynch's complaining to you in the game is spot on for his character and what seems like a standard story takes a nice turn when events occur that force you to break into the prison.
Destructoid is manned by a group of twits that beleive controversy equals web hits. Looks like they are taking a page from the Gamespot playbook. It is the last resort of th...
I played the game all the way through and went through both endings. Fantastic. Destructoid trying to set themselves apart...again.
Plenty of reviews have been 7-8 and the game is a murderous, yet very serious story of a man beyond redemption trying to rectify one last thing in his life and willing to kill anyone to do it. It feels like HEAT in so many places. I loved the Retimoto Tower level and the jungle levels, especially the Hacienda.
Why ask if exclusive means anything? It apparently only has validation when it relates to the 360. It has been stated since the inception of MGS4 that it is exclusive to the PS3 yet 360 fanboys refuse to accept it.
Get your own houuse in order and then point fingers. All the more humporous since MGS4 - a game that will crush titles like NG2, gets not only MGS4 but MGO. By the way, Nariko wipes her ass with ninja outfits on a daily basis.
And you are quoting Gamespot as if their review, or any review for that matter is a litmus test for game greatness? Poor choice.
Gamespot, especially as of late has been notorous for writing the most idiotic reviews. Look at the recent Ratchet and Clank. Universally received as a remarkable achievement by buyers and industry personnel alike, it scores in the 7s with Gamespot. And the review of course, written by a chump who gave his highest review score to CoD3. CoD3, game gene...
Itagaki is a punk hypocrite. He was just criticizing developers recently for using an abundance of gore.
The contributor is a punk too for making a big deal of the fact that a game ported from a last gen console will not look as good as a game designed for this generation. TnS, you are a certified idiot that is obviously insecure about your choice for a console. No matter how hard Itagaki tries, he will never be able to tell a story well.
