You must have not read Greg Miller's IGN review... because he said it was about 30 hours long....
"In December, I played Infamous for the first time and told you that it was awesome. Five months later, I'm standing by that statement and backing it up with about 30 hours of playtime."
has been getting nothing but great reviews. I've heard people on several tech oriented podcasts talk about Windows 7 being better in many ways than the Apple OS.
First, what PS3 gamers have been asking when the L&D is coming to the PSN? As far as I know, based upon all the available information about the DLC for GTA4, this is 360 exclusive content that MS paid big bucks to secure. If it is true, great. I don't think that I will buy it if it is true. But, whether or not it is true that it will eventually come to PS3, I have not seen one article on N4G or any other website about a possible PS3 release.
Second, this is the strangest ...
Let me start by stating emphatically that I don't own an Xbox 360, nor do I want to. I bought one on its launch day and sold it on Ebay for about $700 (and person who bought it has most likely had 1 or 2 replacements since then) because I was waiting for the PS3 to arrive and bought a 60 gig at launch... I suffered through 2 years of virtually no exclusives and ports that generally didn't play as well as their 360 counterpart. I used to sit on N4G and cringe at all of the anti-Sony posts. I...
The refund was (in part) to help prevent another class action. These are the types of things that lawyers will jump on and is a typical basis of class actions (i.e., overcharging consumers for goods or services). MS certainly didn't need another Xbox-related class action!
This "article" is completely ridiculous... a complete waste of space. It offers nothing either in concept or in content... it is another example of a blogger thinking of some way to garner hits... I am not dissing Gears, but there are soooo many other games that I think are far superior (not just the "usual" PS3 exclusives that always get mentioned, but multi-platform titles as well, that I have no desire or care to see Gears on the PS3.
It must be HHG!
Valkyria Chronicles is awesome. One of the best games of last year. I just picked it up new at Gamestop for $30.... I think you can still get it for that price through the week... Definitely run out and get this game!
This is a result of the class actions that were beginning to pop up around the country... MS is going to lose millions on this little problem.
you can be sure that it is HHG article.... that site is so predictable...
Been wanting to pick it up for a while... at $27 ($30 and another 10% off), I ran out to get it.
One of the BEST games from last year. It is the only game that I am upset about not getting DLC for on my PS3.
It seems like yesterday that I had a Prodigy account and a Compuserve account... and as far as the Hayes modem and monochrome screen, I still had those in grad school. I had a 1200 baud modem and thought that I was the sh!t... A state of the art Packard Bell computer - it was a 486DX (WOW!)... I even miss Netscape... but, to really age myself, when I was in high school, my English teacher would not allow us to use computers to do our term papers (we had to use typewriters) because the printe...
However, Bioware simply cannot make ME2 inaccessible to newcomers... it doesn't matter if it ever comes to PS3 and stays exclusive to the Xbox... the fact of the matter is that many people will not go back and play the first game just to play the second one. Many who either did not by ME or did not have an Xbox at the time or didn't save the file or lost their original Xbox due to RROD might even be turned off if they feel that they need to play the first.
The fact that you can ...
As long as it is supported by Sony and 3rd party developers... I mean, PSEye support has been abysmal and I can't remember the last game that implemented it (and the ones that did, Eye of Judgment notwithstanding, were like glorified screen savers -- I am hopeful that Eye Pet will change all that). Likewise, Sixaxis motion controls have either been gimmicky or not implemented well by too many games (some good implementations include, but are not limited to: HV Bowling, HS, KZ2, Pain, R&C...
Been wanting to get that game since it came out... now I have no reason not to buy it!
Metacritic translates a B+ to an 83.
I'm smelling another class action on the way!
Absolutely... I immediately thought the same thing!
Nintendo's comment is absurd and makes absolutely no sense. "So, we don't want to satisfy you because once we satisfy you, you won't need us to satisfy you anymore."
