Fallout 3 was one of my favorite games last year and it was the only time I've ever been upset that the 360 was getting some exclusive DLC.... I can't wait to play these. I'm glad they made the announcement before I traded away my copy of the game!
I'm waiting for Red Dead Redemption to get some Old West action!
First, there has been no announcements from Netflix about any such issues.
Second, people totally abuse the discs they get from Netflix, whether it is DVDs or Blu-rays (rental stuff always gets more abuse b/c people have no incentive to treat them with even the slightest care), so who knows what people are doing with the discs.
Third, we have heard no other complaints from any other rental places, including Blockbuster.
Fourth, there have been no problem...
Making a comment like that only shows how much of a child you are.
There are NOT netbooks! They are normal spec computers in a small package.
I remember seeing Michael Jackson in concert in 1984 at the Orange Bowl in Miami... What a bummer! The guy has had nothing but controversy in his life for the past decade. An abrupt end to a sad life...
And poor Farrah Fawcett... overshadowed by MJ in the news only hours after her death... at least Ed McMahon got a few days in the headlines.
WTF? No company has charged less for digital distribution of media, why should Sony be criticized? I AGREE that digital downloaded media should be cheaper based upon the fact that there is a huge cost savings to the manufacturer/publisher (i.e., packaging, shipping, media costs, etc.). However, it BS that Sony should be expected to do with the PSP Go what other companies have not been asked to. Whether it is the movie industry digitally distributing movies, or e-books, or itunes/mp3 sites....
I'm not arguing that the price is good, but this guy is just parroting what Patcher said on Bonus Round on Gametrailers... doesn't anyone have an original thought in their brains anymore... the modern media is pathetic.
XBOX 360: 82
PS3: 91
that everyone seems to be treating this game as if it is an Xbox exclusive, even though it is on the PS3 as well... Just because PS3 had inFamous, they all discount that PS3 also has Prototype. o_O
The talk for months has been that MS has a lack of exclusives compared to Sony this year, so maybe they pushed Valve into releasing this so that they could bolster their lineup this year.
Unanimous opinions that Sony won E3... Project Natal/Milo was FAKED (Wizard of Oz style -- "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain")... Sony's Motion Controller better than Natal (more realistic and useful tech)... Everything that MS did, Sony smashed into bits in its conference... These guys told it like it is...
Yet, I'm afraid to turn away... it is so compelling that nothing is happening for some reason!
Don't know why every game needs to have multi-player and co-op... This is a "journalist" trying to create an issue where none existed just to get hits... it never ends ...
I don't think that people don't believe in the YLOD... I think that the reason that the mention of it elicits responses from people is that is a statistically insignificant occurrence. PS3s have less than a 3 percent failure rate and only a percentage of those failures are the notorious YLOD. I know that this doesn't mean much to those who have had a PS3 break down. But, what gets people going is when someone claims that they have had 3 or 4 PS3s fail. That is not only hard to fathom, but...
Bottom line is that Sony has never denied that there is about a 3 percent failure rate on PS3s (and on Wiis for that matter). That is a far cry from the systemic problems that continue to occur on the 360. As we know reports for 360 failures is anywhere from 30 to 40 percent. Anytime there is a mass produced product, be it technology, automobiles or food, there is a certain amount of failures that will occur. Considering that there have been more than 22 million PS3s sold worldwide, the fa...
How is Take 2 planning on getting money damages out of a company that is either bankrupt or soon will be declaring bankruptcy... get in line behind the other creditors...
Why? Because if it was a 360 exclusive or a multiplatform game, I would guess that MS would make sure that the big unveiling was at E3... The fact that it is being announced in May seems to me to be very telling about what console it will appear on.
The red/cyan glasses hurt my eyes after a few minutes...
