Especially if you haven't tried it for yourself.
Everything about it is just so great. The graphics and especially the surround sound are both top notch. Had a conversation with a dragon that I could barely see because of the snowstorm we were in the middle of. Really moody stuff. Don't know if I can swallow a subscription rate for Elder Scrolls Online on top of the Xbox Live fee though.
Just started playing this again yesterday. Still awe inspiring.
Halo might not necessarily be THE greatest game of all time but it's definitely one of them.
You can say that again.
Um, no. Not by a longshot.
Yup!
Did you really just say that?
Funny you say that because once the game was announced as being somewhat darker, the internet lost its mind and everyone was sure the gemae would be trash. I personally like the darker tone of it and it's a really good mix of creepy/scary and outright ridiculous. It's really hard to find a game as being scary when you're slaughtering zombies while wearing Lakers colored basketball jersey and shorts with red thigh high go-go boots.
So obvious you haven't even played the game. Been playing it for days now and I haven't seen any chug whatsoever. If you're gonna hate on the game, at least use a credible source.
It's a lot of fun. Hard to complete the main storyline when I spot a blueprint on the map.
I'm a lifelong NYC resident. Really looking forward to this.
Microtransactions, whether it's free to play or within a full price title, is still a play for your money, no matter how you cut it. DLC, micros... it's all the same, the only difference is, you're not feeling the bite of it as much on a F2P title. I have just as much of an issue with this as I do with season passes also, which effectively bumps up the cost of your game anywhere from $20 to $50 dollars. But to hear people talking like this is something that only MS would do is jus...
The ignorance on display here is astounding. I'm not a fan of microtransactions myself but if you honestly and truly believe that Sony isn't going to jump aboard this ship, you're an idiot. The mobile gaming model has shown that F2p coupled with microtransactions is a viable and extremely profitable business model. If you're sitting there thinking that Sony isn't also thinking about how to get its claws on your cash then again, you're an idiot.
Isn't Sony doing the same s**t? Deep Down is going to be F2P with transactions pretty much guaranteed. Get your head out of your ass and open your eyes. Both companies want your money because they're BUSINESSES.
I'm with you on that. I actually have some of the music on my phone now. That game had some amazing music.
The original Shenmue was okay but suffered from some pretty stiff controls.
I respect anyone's choices in regards to whatever systems they buy but some of these fanboys on here are definitely deserving of any flaming I might have brought on to them.
I mean, for the most part it was fine but it did seem a little off last night. Not really concerned about it and I'm still very happy with XBL. Really getting tired of the negativity on here, though. This has to be the most annoying console war yet.
Only reason this happened is actually a simple one. The PS4 launched with not many games to choose from. You've got a ton of PS4's being sold and people looking for anything to buy for it, hence huge attach numbers. I really don't think that everyone who picked up Knack was particularly excited about it and purchased it to have something to play, especially when you factor in the Watch Dogs delay.
Besides, the word of mouth on Mario is phenomenal. I'm almost ...
