Don't get me wrong, I'm loving these guys (and XboxMAD) but where in the hell did they appear from? Seriously. They seem to get nothing but big deal interviews on the regular. It has quickly become one of my go-to sources.

Cross-play is only very specific games so far (generally where keyboard and mouse are not an advantage). I would think the best way to do this (and justify some kind of "Live" branding) would be to 'force' PC users to use a controller (likely MS official) to cross-play with Xbox users, to keep playing field level)

The dev never had a conversation with Microsoft. They assume it can't go to Xbox One after (which isn't true).
Good for Sony in being more aggressive with Indies tho. Just don't like the lack of understanding on the devs part (and a lot of the comments).

My favorite is comparing a great selling product to a fantastic selling product and then assuming that it means the great selling one is not doing well at all. Such a stupid line of thought. For all the crying that MS hasn't proven the cloud (I will hold reservations until I see it, but cloud processing is a thing, just waiting to see useful game application) the undisputable fact is that the tech could have been used a lot earlier had every console sold meant every console online.

@stuna1 - Tsunado absent for three years or working on this for three years? They're hiring now to take something from incubation to fruition it sounds like.

I don't understand how the cloud is not panning out. Forza and Titanfall implemented it well I think, and it's new technology so it will take a bigot to get it to full effect. Cell processor took a few years to prove itself, and when it was used properly it showed. Patience.

I agree with he first half of the statement. I won't commit myself to thinking Xbox will have much greater gains than PS4, but I agree (as it is pretty factual) that Sony went as off-the-shelf as possible with PS4 to right the wrongs with early PS3 development. It's also a big reason they could double the RAM at the 11th hour - there was little to consider compatibility-wise when it's essentially like doubling RAM on a home PC. Taking into consideration the amount of upgrade seen in each series (GT and FM) I think they scale well. Every two years for Forza with cosmetic and physics fine-tuning and Gran Turismo every...4? with upgrades that are substantial (usually) to the last entry but not that groundbreaking compared to the competition (including 3rd party stuff)

In the terms you're using, more a remake than a remaster for sure.

Same core game play and story elements, scaled differently to ensure gamers get to the meat sooner (the original almost changed game play entirely after a few hours -as Ken mentions- which threw many off (myself included) when they didn't stick with it.

First I want to clear up language used by @SliceOfTruth888 - I wouldn't say they released an incomplete game per-se. The way MS is tackling this they are able to make sure it's the game fighting fans want by the time it gets to a full 24 fighters. I think it's genius. S1 balance was changed with S2 and graphics keep getting touched up as well.

The original SDK leak is from MrX? I was under the impression it was not, just that MrX jumped on it early because it 'confirmed' his earlier reporting.

Also, I'm survive seen the SDK info on reputable sites, just not reproduced in full. There's likely a reason for that (maintain healthy relations with MS as I'm sure if this is legit it likely has legal issues attached to posting it as an internal document)
