I pre-ordered Reach but I wish bungie made a new engine for this game because the graphics aren't at all impressive compared to other FPS games.
COD4 had an amazing story, it was so cool. MW2 story was utter crap.

Sony should incorporate into the updates a code that YLOD any console that's been hacked. Filter the poison out of the pool; it's a lot cheaper to buy games than to buy a new $300 console every few months.
Journalistic integrity demands that they stay objective despite external pressures be it add revenue, editors or even crazed fanboys. That being said, after spending a lot of time this gen on gaming news sites/blogs I've come to the conclusion that most gaming journalists (even respected ones like Edge) are the worst fanboys of all.
The existence of gaming journalists may be a myth or maybe they're just pussies.
Nice to see that Move works well with real games.
I think my split from supporting MS next gen will reinvigorate me as well. 360 had the best games until 2008 but now and in the future it only has Fable and Gears (depending on Epic). Sadly, the next Xbox "has no gaems".
What about a free Reach theme for Gold members not one that cost almost 4 bucks (in Canada). Epic always releases a couple of free GoW themes before a new release. I'm really getting sick of MS's nickel and dimming.

Not to be a sleazy politician but a mass act of random kindness would also portray gaming in very positive light.
MP may be causing sales declines because devs spend half the game resources on it and end up gimping the SP. I don't buy a lot of games that I would be intersted in becaus the SP is only 6-12 hours and I get bored of MP quickly - I find it repetaive
I didn't know the industry was in a coffin, I thought it was doing fairly well.
There's no debate, Move works with any type of game and Kinect is limited to simple mini-games and lags terribly.
That's what they said for Halo 2 and 3 and I still think Halo 1 was the best but hopefully they're right.
Nintendo has been getting its ass kicked since N64, even Genesis split the market 50/50 almost. This gen is Ninty's first console domination since NES, since NES they're been struggling in the console wars.
@AngryTypingGuy: Next gen, MS's console having Blu-ray won't negatively effect Sony or take away from it's advantage. Sony has built a great library of exclusive games this gen to add to the pre-existing ones, while Microsoft only has Gears and Fable left for next gen. Everything else has gone to sony and Bungie no longer is making Halo games, so the great reviews scores will probably go out the window.

I'm done buying COD games, I'll rent it for the SP cause that's always fun...short but fun. Better MP elsewhere IMO.

Why would Kojima have to make the trophies? A low level employee can make the trophies in a day. Considerng how much Konami pays Kojima it would be a huge waste of money to have him spend time making trophies.

While Kinect will probably be successful sales wise due to the power of marketing (Beiber) it totally fails in the functionality department and playing good games.
