I get on with dualshock best, but I've been playing with one for a lot longer than anything else.
It's mainly other d-pads I have trouble adapting to for fighting games.
Google 'Guitar Freaks PSX"
Big plastic guitar and everything!
I need to go, jus' as bad as zuuu!
What I had zis morning- I don' even wanna say to you!
Love Parappa anyone else noticed the PS2 and PS3 dont emulate well enough keep it all synced together right?
Glad I keep me old consoles :)
That visor + head tracking - 40% of the price = Win.
"Also if developers like Linux so much then why don't they port their games to it"
Because Linux users would smite them for not releasing the source code and asking them to pay for it hehe.
I kid. I'm quite fond of Ubuntu and great open source software like Blender3d and Gimp. I'd actually quite like Windows to support Gnome.
edit: sudo apt-get install 'god_of_war3.deb' :D
PC's don't follow generations though so to add PC would be like pitting 5yrs worth of games against the entire history of gaming.
But in general totally agree it's not exclusive it's on any other platform and timed exclusives are just plain anoying.
How to add lag to an already laggy control scheme... well thats just wonderful.
An iPad dual-analogue pad would be much more useful.
If all you have to do is "circle around the enemy and watch how the fight unfolds" then you really havent given it a fair chance.
I think the landscapes are great aside form obvious texture limitations, theres a ton of nice views to be had.
Did you play your way out of Colony 9 even? It sounds like you haven't....
Go put the disc back in and give a fair go.
I honestly think they're just shoehorning bullet points for the box in and its going to be a mess, unfortunatly.
If they couldn't make a decent gameout of this world in three years or whatever, how are they suddenly going to turn those assists into a good game in just one? It makes no sense.
The firmware seemed to run nice and fast/smooth but how come he kept having to try a few times to press buttons? I hope that was his fingers fault not the touch screen.
You may have a point, thats one of my favs on any racer.
Thats a steal! I still need to play a few of those- maybe it's time for an upgrade. :)
Thats pretty harsh.
Shame they couldn't trade some driving physics for the licences, I'm not a big fan of Shift 2's physics.
Looking forward to Forza though.
It gets pretty tiring, pretty quickly holding an arm out in the air.
I dunno about that. The only free for play stuff I've played has been half-baked and constantly trying to sell me stuff.
I'd still rather scrape together the £40 and not have my wallet constantly raped to progress.
For big budget games particully if they want to make the transaction sizes smaller I'd prefer episodic content then playing an online shop.
Wow check out that Xenoblade score!
Well earned mind.
I helped do that :)
I'm pretty confident the PSV will be more appealing to me than iPad 3. Unless it grows a joypad and costs what it's worth and neither are likely.
Thats all launch day? Thats insane I'm not going to be able to afford all the ones I want.
Talk about spoiled for choice!
Wipeout is deffo my first port of call.
I've got my phone on contact and didn't pay anything towards the handset (Galaxy s-2) and will get the wifi PSV by saving up and tether it to my phone for online.
I don't think it's that unrealistic to have a decent phone and a dedicated gaming portable witha little planing.
