One of the things that made the first game great was the fact that you had only yourslef to rely on. You had yourself and nobody else. Being alone is far more scary than having a buddy. It's about the scare and not the action. Leave the action horror to Resident Evil and keep Dead Space scary.
Sorry, but that will be left to see when it happens. BF games have not sold historically record breaking numbers and in fact have barely broke 3 million each game. COD on the other hand, well, nuf said.
If anything will break in and beat up COD it will be Medal of Honor. The new one looks like it will be up to date and modern so I have my eye on that.
It is crazy fun and the best reason at the moment to buy a Wii. I have not played the wii in a while and this game has me hooked. Very good title.
While 360 owners get Modern Warfare 2, Bayonetta, and Prototype... Sony PS3 ownersd get twice as many great games? They get all of those plus inFAMOUS, Killzone 2, and God of War III? I guess if I had only one console to pick from, it would be the PS3.
If it were not, then you could copy a buddies save file and that would not be cool. My guess is you have to be signed in to both and transfer under the same user name. Could be wrong so if anybody has any more info, please share.
But would never say that it is better than God of War. God of War is a time tested franchise and has a huge following so everybody knows that there is a group of people looking forward to something knocking it down from the throne of greatness. Much like those looking to see the PS brand fail, they are the same folks looking to see Kratos fail and in all honesty, they are fools and only hurting their own image.
I have two PS3's and was transfering data via my PSP. Now it is made even simpler by just suing the PS3 interface. Great work Sony!
We see just how our accusations of previous developers being lazy are now justified by a dev that took the time to learn the hardware. Now they need to just make a good game with the tech.
The game was criticized for so many years as a game that could not live up to the hype of the infamous CG trailer but alas, it did and even surpassed our hopes for the title. It was and is an awesome game and the media only shows their true hateful colors by not covering this game for an award.
The PS2's failure rate was nothing compared to the 360's. So by your way of thinking, it will take at least two full generations of quality hardware for MS to make up for the failures of the 360...

Your post is so full of fail-sauce that I surprise even myself spending the time to write this. Anybody with two brain cells to rub together knows that what I speak of is completely true and your post is just plain dumb.
Of course Sega and Ninty were at each others throats. More so on Sega's part but as we all know, MS is the new Sega since most of DC fanboys bought 360's. We all remember the "Sega does what Ninten-don't" ads.
The difference then was that both companies had reliable hardware and sold around the same price but not this gen. MS is quick to dig deep into your pockets with shoddy hardware while Sony and Ninty sell reliable hardware at respectable prices.
More than likely, if you are having issues with your WiFi then the problem lies between your keyboard and the chair.
MS competes by bashing the others and selling low priced and low quality materials. Sony competes by selling high quality for the price you would expect.

I bought the 360 on release day and about a year earlier I bought a WiFi card for an old laptop on eBay for about 35 bucks new. Even at release they should have included it but rather than making it convenient to the consumer, MS stuck with their pricing scam and released it for a hundred bucks. I am a 360 owner and I feel they are ripping people off. It's a shame really. Thanks for the mature replies. Bubbles to you.
Preference is not the issue at hand here. The real underlying issue at hand is that of MS screwing people over for the "option" to go wireless. While Sony and Nintendo put WiFi into their console, MS decided to give us the option to buy an overpriced peripheral to go wireless. Come on now, be honest with yourself and ask just how much should a WiFi adapter really cost? I can even see (yet still say is too hight) a 39.99 dollar price tag but 100 bucks? Come on, be real.
They originally claimed ODST would be sold at a lesser price but upon release it was sold as a full retain game. Maybe they could say it is free to get the hype train rolling then upon release say the price is 59.99 and then smile at all the Xbox fans knowing they will still shell out the cash to play the game.
