I had the game since Saturday...lol.
So at midnight I start...couldn't stop till 5am!
I like it. It FEELS right. It has a buttery smooth framerate at 60 players.
Graphics are really nice at 720p, not unch2 level of course...but much better than some people say.
Solid 8.5/10 on my scale. I'm already thinking mw2 is getting old and trading it in soon is likely.

My real dilemma is whether I want to jump to Sver...
Lol...I picked mag up on saturday and was already too create my dude whn I discovered you can't even get to any menus! So I started playing me2....now I'll be torn come Tuesday when the servers go live.
I am one of those who will admit to loving mw2...but it's a very unbalanced game.
With no reward for team work. I'm looking forward to mag.

I loved Too Human.....the story and loot fest was great! The graphics were alright - not great. The controls were simply too much for many....and the fact that he couldn't get 4 player co-op working...it was always meant to be 4 player co-op. It also has "planned" dlc for another class some necromancer type......then there's the in-game store that never been started....or the other two doors that are clearly meant for DLC.
But I suggest all the haters pick it up ($7 @st...
I have and beaten the game....and this is just a fun bonus the devs threw in. It's not "sexy" - but it is part of the humor of the game.
It's weird...I loved the over-the-top tongue in cheek humor, but it's also the reason the game never feels as epic as it's trying to make you believe it is! Serious story with too much sillyness at the wrong moments...at least for me.
But don't sell this game short - it's amazing fun & plenty of replay!

I love the game! It's fast, framerate is very playable...occasionally it'll hiccup during intense scenes...but it's never a hindrance. Graphics didn't look washed out to me in my 18hr+
Music is very atmospheric choir monk...only battles have the jazz lounge elevator music. Well, a few other cut-scenes and Rodin's bar.

I have this prepaid.....I'm a HUGE Mad fan. I am also a massive fan of these action/adventure games. So a "10" to me might be an "8" to someone else. To me, I look at review numbers as representing the amount of fun one will have - not how perfect framerates are or how easy a menu is to use. Too much BS is wrapped up in the checklist and it not always represents the fun factor.

I imported Bayonetta because action/adventure/platforming is my bag.
I've beaten it - took 18+hrs.......it was a total blast and very fun. Also, "normal" is quite difficult. It's ending is a huge payoff compared to today's endings. Very rewarding with plenty of reason to keep playing to unlock missed weapons, outfits and new moves.
Yet, loving this game as much as I did - the visuals and textures...whether 360 (I've tried the demo...yes i own a 36...
I have this prepaid....I'm a huge fan of Joe Mad! The game looks sweet and GOW + Zelda sounds like the perfect mix!
Their is a rumor - and it's just that...no evidence I can find....that Mad put the finishing story arc of Battle Chasers in the game as collectibles. If that's true it'll be truly awesome.

I meant to say that PS3 owners of late - have sooo many choices; all of which in my opinion make L4D2 look like a less profitable venture for Valve. I think they are acutely aware that their L4D2 (basing this off the Demo I've played - yes, I own a 360)...that their game would need a graphics overhaul and be MORE....I can't put that into a better explanation, because I don't even know what it is - but L4D2 is missing that "something great"...
I honestly believe that it is the fault of my beloved PSN cohorts that would not buy into this game. It's fun...but L4D was the kind of game for me that got old very quickly. Sure playing ANY game with friends makes it more fun...but the irony here is that COD:WAW had a better Zombie game!
In dragon's age...i know it's not an action title, but do you just set your commands for your group in combat and watch? I mean - theres management while playing sure....but it's not a button press per sword swing correct?
I have AssCreed2, MW2 and Avatar prepaid full. I'll be prepaying GOW Ultimate edition and Ciollection tomorrow. Darksiders & Dante's Inferno are also day 1's! Oh, and my import for Bayonetta just shipped today...I hope to see it in about 2 weeks.

I played the demo....and that washed out look is easily adjusted by gamma. Frame rate is only slightly less than 360.
I have a friend in Japan....the game is sold out everywhere for PS3. He's loving it right now...that son of a b1tch! LOL

I think you'll start seeing more and more IW influence across the board in regards to PC. Dev's and publishers want more profits. The old business model of allowing PC users to mod and create their own maps is dying quickly.
I hate it as much as the next consumer - but it's reality. And as this starts to become more common...consoles will become even more the defacto gaming experience. Why? Dev's like their tech to be the same across all potential buyers. Simple as that.

I own a PS3 & 360. I do not play sports games (racing excluded). I play a lot of FPS, TPS, Adventure/action titles.
My 360 hasn't seen me in almost 8 months....except I played Dirt 2 with friends who have 360 only.
What in the next year am I going to HAVE to have that will pull me away from my PS3?

Look - Sony has invested millions upon millions; owning several of THE top tier devs. The PS3 will be around for likely 10yrs - with a PS4 (or whatever it'll be called) in likely 4yrs. All the devs & publishers have a very vested interest in extending this gen as long as possible.
Profits for all concerned only get higher with time. Tech gets cheaper and dev studios get their engines in top form allowi...
FYI- This is simply a way to force a new revenue stream to activsion. PC users will be forced to pay for maps, DLC.

Is it going backwards...you bet. And very much on purpose. Allowing PC users to Mod maps, skins etc was always a "bad" decision on the parts of devs & publishers.
