The game is a complete package, and one of the best in a very long time.
There was a promise that there would be no DLC when the game was released, and I agree with the author of the article... if it was not planned but rather a response to the massive support for the game, then I'm all in.

I forced myself. I really did, and it was a tough pill to swallow. The only thing that made it bearable was the fact that I was playing a female Hawke that was an absolute smart-ass. Decent dialogue, but it got old after a while. The best line she has takes a shot at the whole genre...

If you are saying what I think you ate saying, then I have ZERO remorse for early adopters of the 3DS. It is a flawed piece of tech.
Yeah I will say what I want about that shit-storm of a game... Dragon Age 2 was horrible, and the Meredith boss at the end was the slimy waste on top of the steaming pile. The last boss might as well have been the Warden Commander, because your choices from DA1 were pointless.

I hear what you are saying. The character customization menu is tricky to use, because if you move a slider typically another slider moves as well.
And why fear when you can pause the game to heal?
I played Dark Souls. A lot! And as 2011 closed out, it was definatly my game of the year. I've written what I loved about it elsewhere so I will spare you all, but what I haven't done is share my impression of Skyrim.

The 3DS in its current form is flawed. The lack of the 2nd pad, the short battery life, and the 3D technology it uses all hurt the device in my opinion, and for reference I have 2 in my house (damn you Santa!!!). It is my opinion that you should save your $169 + Tax and wait to see the next version, by that time some more games that are better programmed to use the 3D tech will be available.
There is nothing right now that should give you a good reason to buy a 3DS, believe me, save yourself while you can & wait for the 3DS Lite/i/XL/Advance
If Grey is to Black/White what Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, and Onyx were to their respective generations, then my kids will be passing this one.

@Justsayin All one needs to do is take a look at the negative reviews. The sample of 1 star votes that I looked at are by reviewers that have no other reviews or have reviewed 1 other game... *drumroll* Battlefield 3! With a 10, of course!

I was reading the comments at the EGM Now site, and I'm amazed at the ignorance of some people... he 360 RUINED the game?!?! The 360 is the only reason that there is DLC now? How ignorant and self righteous can you be?
The game was made multi-platform so it could reach a GREATER audience, not divide it. The PS3 version has sold 1.3x better than the Xbox in the US, but that is 200k units sold to people (including myself) that would never have played it otherwise!
