There is a chance the Wii U will link up with the NX for backwards compatibility. Since the NX will have no disc drive.
That's because it's a $110 game. Seems like you only purchased the standard edition which is only 25% of the game.

Back on topic: The biggest reason it won't win game of the years is that it's a RPG game. Now gamers that only play RPG games may feel this is the game of the year though.

Everyone that thinks SE won't made this deal again is wrong. It's MS that won't make this deal again. SE isn't losing money on the deal. MS paid out the as* for this time exclusive, but with huge royality on each copy sold. So the low sales is hurting MS not SE.
Hopefully Nintendo gets all the new Final Fantasy games going forword. Just never felt right playing Final Fantasy games on Playstation. imho

That's the problem the DLC has more content than the standard game edition. This game could have been the perfect game to launch at $99 with all DLC included. The Star Wars hype is huge and people would still purchase it at that price.
Star Wars shouldn't have been a DLC. The game should've just cost $100 at launch. Star Wars battlefront is the perfect example of what is wrong with DLC and how companies are using it to make games cost more to turn a profit.

You really should thank the people that purchase DLC. DLC is how companies make these huge budget games and still turn a profit. If it wasn't for the people who purchase DLC, games would cost $100 at launch instead of $60.
If there is any game in the line up that would get pushed to 2017, its Horizon.

Nintendo said Zelda U would release in 2015, but then pushed it to 2016.
A game like Horizon will be better if they take the extra time needed to pull off it's full potential. Even if that means delaying the release into 2017.
Sales aren't going to stop the next game from being made, because of all the money MS dropped for the excluvise deal.
BC isn't a system seller, but it could be the final factor in the decision of what console to purchase. Anyone without a new console and is on the fence on what console to purchase take BC into consideration.
You're right, games like Smash bros, MK8, Splatoon, & Hyrule Warriors have long replay value and will be cherished for years to come. Just like the rest of the classic Nintendo games.
What NX needs to attract 3rd companies is have enough power to reach 1080p @ 60fps with ease. This will save developers time & money. Just imagine if the NX had every game at 1080p @ 60fps with an online system on par with Xbox live. All third-party companies and hard-core gamers would be all over it.
My theory is NX will be annonced at E3 2016and released at E3 2016.
Its a great system.
