They are donating their life to fight against Russia. Isn't that "donating" enought to you?

@ CrimsonWing69 I was referring to the Avenger game. Both Crystal Dynamic & Platinum have no experience making GaaS game. Square Enix also doesn't have the infrastructure to support such games.

I think the problem isn't GaaS business model itself. The problem is Square Enix keep pushing this business to developers that are not familiar with this kind of games. Crystal Dynamic & Platinum are definitely not the right developers for GaaS games.

No. Nintendo, also the Japanese market, prioritize portability over raw graphic power. So Nintendo will not use any current SoC if those SoC cannot be portable.

Elden Ring is a multi-platform game. Japanese Series S owner can also play that. GT7 will be a batter example. On the other hand, GT7 can also be played on PS4, so GT7 itself may not affect the overall PS5 sales that much.

This trend is already quite consistent for over 6 months now. Series S has been selling close to or even surpass the PS5. In Japan, small form factor IS VERY IMPORTENT.

On the other hand, Aloy's hair move independently to her movement or the general environment; like the snakes on Medusa's head. Those hair seems to have a life of their own.......

Scalebound was a scam from Platinum to get money from MS. This game-concept is over 10 years old. The same concept has been done by other games long time ago. There is no value left in it now.

@EvertonFC Isn't GT series prize itself as the ‘The Real Driving Simulator’? You either be a simulator, which must also simulates some part that may not be fun in a game; or you exclude a major part in racing & not call yourself a simulator. You can't have it both way.

No, this part is all GT. For the same car brands, all other games have damage physic.

No. First, it is almost impossible for a non-Japanese company to acquiring a Japanese company. 2nd, even if MS is able to strong-arm such deal, MS will have to due with the shadow side of gambling business.

"Or are they considering their casino division as part of the gaming division?" Yes gambling IS the "Game" Konami talking about.

1461d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

The word "Game" also include gambling. Konami make a lot of pachinko machine & big card-based arcade racing machines , which are borderline gambling in Japan.

"Next we'll hear that Microsoft is thinking beyond consoles?" HELL NO!!!!!!!

So, what new IP Sony has created after buying Bluepoint? Housemarque? Nixxes?

LOL!!! Kinect??? This was one of the BIGGEST (both figuratively & literally) reason why XboxOne filed outside of US. The only mistake at that time was that MS didn't ditch that fast enougn.
VR? MS is already selling their own VR solution to the biggest "player" in the World, US Government!!!! MS AR/ VR is a defense project now. MS doesn't need to sell VR to average customer like us.

"What is your super power?" "I'm RICH!!!!!!"

@TheGoodestBoi So you really don't understand what makes MS the 2nd (or the 1st depend on the share price) richest entity in the world!!!!! MS now offers ALL OF THEIR hottest software thru different subscriptions: Office, Teams, Outlook, Project, SQL database, and of cause, games. Are all those subscriptions sustainable for MS. That is a Trillion Dollar YES.

1476d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

By questioning whether Game Pass is financially sound, the next question will be: is subscription-based business financially sound for Microsoft Inc. as a whole? Afterall, MS now provide ALL of their software thru subscription, Office, Team, Outlook, SQL database, etc. The answer is vey clear. MS becomes the 2nd (or the 1st depend on the share price on that day) richest economic entity of the world BECAUSE of subscription-based business model.

Is this still a question?
