Agree!!!!! if those new production teams (Ring of Power, the new SR game, etc) think they have a better idea, better taste, etc why don't they make their own new show, their own new game? Like, the Watchmen series or the Boys series, those 2 series were created because the authors thought they had some better take on US superhero comics. With a whole new comics & characters, the authors could say what ever social comment they want.

If the new development team think they have a better idea, a better taste, a better social commentary, why don't they create their own game series? The new SR game basically throw away all the things the old SR players love (be it the serious gang-sim of the 1&2; or the crazy si-fi 3&4), and try to "update" the series with their own taste.

All 3 companies mix there 2 sku(s) into a single sales figure. So you meant Nintendo should not include sales of Switch Lite into the Switch sales? Sony should not include PS5 digital as PS5 sales?

Mobile gaming (iOS + Android) is the biggest gaming platform outside of US market.

You have to play this. This is the best 3rd party exclusive for Switch. It is like X-COM, but in smaller battles & faster pace.

AC: Origin I think is the last great Ubisoft game.

There is still very few info on GTA6. How can we be sure that it won't go the way of SR Reboot?

The 4 elements (single player campaign, split screen campaign, MP, Forge) simply cannot be done with a single game engine & a single game play design.

I think part of the reason is that: the 4 parts (single-player campaign, split-screen co-op campaign, MP, Forge) all have conflicting technical & game play requirement. There is simply no way to use a single game engine & a single game play logic to fulfill those 4 parts. I think the only solution is to break-up Halo into at least 2 separate games: one for campaign (single + split screen), one for MP (match + Forge).

I feel that the latest Prey movie may also be "inspired" by the original Prey game.

I guess this is some kind of "creative accounting" for MS. There other business is doing quite well, so maybe MS just inject some "negativity" in order to lower their overall profit forecast. Also, the lower gaming revenue may also because of cost relating to all the major acquisitions of the pass several years. My 3rd guess is that this decrease of gaming revenue is in preparation for lower-than-expected revenue of the 2nd half of 2022, due to the delay of AAA titles lik...

Sony was once the biggest minority share holder of SE. If Sony wanted to buy SE, it should have done this long time ago.

For this EA must make a complete re-make, not a re-master. Maybe once EA finish the re-make of KOTOR 1 it may start the remake of 2.

Not necessary in the case KOTOR2.... In its original release, those same bugs already exist. The graphic of the later part of the game is so horrible I didn't even finished the game (my PC at that time could played KOTOR 1 beautifully). The non-finishable bug also existed that time, if I remember correctly.

It is because the whole MS AR/ VR R&D project gone dark, i.e. become a defense project under US Pentagon.

1298d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

No. Not for the next decade at the very least. MS is selling their AR/VR products to the real "Call-of-Duty" guys, i.e. US Pentagon. MS has a defense contract with both Pentagon & UK Army to sell HalolLens product until yr 2030.
