I honestly, would like to see a few things. First I would like to see an open world full of life. Often times a lot of these open worlds are bland and empty. I would also like to see my choices really have a meaningful impact on the story, change how I approach tasks, and or change the difficulty of an area. Last I would like to see variety in the open world tasks.
I don’t have a main, I owe all three systems and play across all platforms.
Sony*
@binarycode the thing is do they want to sell. Remember Activision wanted to sell and Microsoft was willing to buy. Take two may not want to sell
They don’t want to talk about that it doesn’t fit the good boy don’t narrative
Interesting… how much does take 2 want to be brought by Sony… is take 2 willing to sell?
Nope, I remember very clearly. This is where the narrow minded statement comes in. Kinect was the systems selling point where you could use voice commands to shift from tv to video games seamlessly. The system was more than just a gaming system. Yet, people forced it to just be a video game system, and made up crazy narratives. “Oh the government is watching you” and the whole AAA narrative was false also. There were a lot of false narratives going around, yet the system worked very well ...
It was only a disaster marketing wise because of the hundred dollar higher price point than its competition. The majority hated Microsoft , and the narrow minded “ fan boy” with the gossip and hearsay didn’t help. All and all it wasn’t a bad launch it had a good launch library and the system worked as advertised. now when Xbox 360 launched that was a disaster. Xbox one was ahead of its time with what they were trying to do. Always online, digital downloads, disc-less game play ( with 24 ho...
Lol @variantaec cut the foolishness. You’re proving my point I just said it’s inevitable. yet Sony has done the same thing, but where is the talk? They’ve raised prices for their games and are adding ads to their network. Once again it’s fake outrage. It’s been talks about this for months now all of a sudden it’s pearl clutching, shock, and dismay” oooh the horror Ms the big bad evil company with no games are adding ads to their paid network” give it a rest with the fake outrage people, caus...
I agree, I like fallout for what it is/was, but sometimes I felt like the areas designs were empty and bland with enemies roaming through it, and combat was just, blah sometimes. I'm hoping it's more Skyrim than Fallout where the worlds don't feel lifeless and combat draws you in.
It’s inevitable. with inflation and the cost of game productions increasing there will be a price increase. So businesses do things to offset those cost so it doesn’t impact consumers directly, or soften the impact. Cause I know, and see through the fake outrage, and understand that it’s either this or pay more per game to maximize profits. So, how many are willing to pay 100.00 a game to offset production and inflation? Most already had a hard time with the jump to 70 dollars.

Sony is doing the same though… where is the backlash for them?
So what would you say to those who have Netflix, Apple Music, Spotify, game fly, and the likes, Are they poor too, or are those services different because Microsoft aren’t attached to the same kind of services?
Lol, Sony is doing the same thing
“Sony is also said to be exploring ad supported video games. It's been reported Sony is looking into selling and placing unobtrusive in-game ads in their free-to-play PlayStation such as billboards in auto racing games. The ad revenue can also be used as a source for game developers.May 5, 2022“- Forbes.com
I enjoyed it, I really did, but it was the most tedious, frustrating nerve wrecking game in the series…. Next to two. ( I mean saved tingles life, so you’d think he’d be in debt to you) oh no, not only do you have to pay for him to interpret scrolls to reveal locations of the pieces of Triforces, he also has the testicular fortitude to double the price for each interpretation… Wtf? It’s a great story, but the traditional Zelda concept is super limited in that game
Ooooooo can’t wait. The game’s mechanics were so simple yet satisfying.
I tried one match, and turned it off when I got it last year for Christmas. It’s a dog on shame
This is why I wait, a few months before I invest
The game really snuck up on me. It’s dialog heavy, and the story development is pretty slow. However, once the story opened up I got caught in the many paths the game could take you depending on the choices made. I’m actually on my 3 play through because I ran out of days.
