And MS can argue that Sony paid to keep certain games exclusive to its platform.. all’s fair in love and war… bottom line Sony was going to pay to have it timed exclusive. Sony gets the rug pulled, and now it’s an issue? Make up your mind, is it COD, starfield, Xbox Game pass infrastructure, trust issues, what? Sony has been running a race, and been paying to have a head start. Now when the comp buys the venue it’s cry foul time? Knee grow please!

Problem is this isn’t a monopolization, and has nothing to do with good video games. So please explain

Where did you get that notion, thats not even what the article is even insinuating? They want the paper work for MS’s next console plans, and that’s fair. However, under the leadership of Khan, The FTC has failed to provide concrete evidence to support the blocking of said merger most of the info has been speculative rhetoric. Also reading into the article, I don’t know why they keep trying to use Bethesda as leverage. MS has already said that they will support games already released ( which...

So they should let MS have Activision then. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Actually that would be kind of fly if they made it a turn base RTS.

Judgment felt more like an expansion than an actually game. To me, I was fatigued from the series at that point. The story was ok, over all it wasn’t bad.

No it’s not, the mission of MS with Xbox is to deliver the same experience on all platforms. This can be achieved from streaming the game, which is a reason they are pushing game pass. Prime example, I was playing Gears Hive busters on my tablet IPad Pro and it ran it just as good as the S/x consoles

Exactly my take. I have a quest two, and 85 percent of the VR games in Sony’s store can be played on quest. It’s a great piece of hardware, but not enough to justify the price tag

1198d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

To be clear, to relations to the article; If you have a quest 1 or Quest 2 then there is really no reason to buy the PSVR2 right now (unless you’re the “The Jones” type of buyer.which I am.) the majority of those games are available on the meta. To top it off games like horizon, a beautiful game, but limited in its approach along with GT for 69.99 doesn’t justify the purchase right now (again that’s if you already have a VR headset). If you’re new to the experience then it might be worth it. ...

This is exactly what I said above. Man, you have to hear some of the reasoning Sony used to try to block the deal you’d think Sony was the minority market share holders. The reaching was insane

How is it terrible for the industry and consumers? Please explain?

1198d ago 2 agree3 disagreeView comment

Truth be told, Sony is afraid of losing that number one spot. All because they are ill equipped to compete in an all digital market. This is why they are making the deals they’re making. The Sony Loyalists can say what they want, but it’s the truth. Why else would they be paying companies to keep games off game pass, because it’s a threat to Sony’s position, plus they’ll be forced to compete. If you look at the documents submitted by Sony in reference to why they want it blocked it’s specula...

But this is not a monopoly, so I don’t understand what you’re saying.

Which doesn’t apply to this purchase

1198d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

It can surpass the first just off band recognition.there are other things I’m more concerned about, but different question for different day

1200d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Just off brand recognition, sure it can. I own it, and it’s a great piece of hardware. I’ve only played Horizon, which is a great starter but repetitive.

Naw, it would have to be the industry norm and a company is stubborn to adapt in order for it to be too late.

1202d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Interesting… can you explain how they are taking games from the competition please?

1205d ago 1 agree3 disagreeView comment

I mean, that’s evident. It’s too many variables to consider at this point. Hell, who’s to say the same ceo, president, representatives will be calling the shots in ten years. Who’s to say call of duty will even be relevant?

1213d ago 0 agree5 disagreeView comment

@settrip see it would be logic if what you said were fact. In reality everything you stated is hearsay and based upon personal preference and bias. Those 30 million can still play Activision games some will be locked to Xbox some will not and also be available via gamepass on all tablets, PC, and the most affordable Xbox. It’s also not poor form or desperation it’s business. See Sony has made companies sign contracts to totally lock games from Xbox to include making sure they don’t release o...
