I got it.
Skittles=Animality
Wouldnt mind PGR5, Alan Wake 2, or a Halo 1 remake, or Shadow 2.
Personally, I need to see something from Rare - Killer Instinct, new Perfect Dark definitely. New Kameo or Banjo maybe.
No thanks to Too Human and Crackdown.
And if any of the above do come - please no Kinect.
I picked up a used copy about 6 months ago for 3 bucks. Honestly, game is decent, not great, but for under 5 bucks, its a good deal. To me, the game is about a 6 out of 10.
I know the Wii was underpowered and Nintendo used this as a pricing tool. I hope they see that gamers will buy systems priced above 300 if you give them something worth buying. I hope the Wii 2 is beefed up and not a gamecube version 3. I know they want to keep the price under 300, but limits on system power are creating games that are not up to par. Minus a few games, the Wii is not getting much play from me.
List has some problems - Kane and Lynch - NO. The order is screwed up - sorry, but GT5 is a top 5. Enslaved looked nice, but probably not top 10 material. Limbo was a great game and was very artistic and the design was great, but graphics wise, no.
Halo could work on Kinect only with a controller plus kinect option - kinda defeats the purpose of Kinect, but honestly that is the only way to go for core gaming. Use pad for everything and kinect maybe for melee and grenade tossing - thats it. However, I pray they dont do it
Cant wait for KZ3 - loved KZ2, but i would not compare it to Halo - totally different games.
Reach has KZ beat in terms of online and controls - graphics, no comparison as KZ is hands down better. I like the updated graphics for reach, but hopefully the next Halo will be better.
As far as COD goes, KZ beats it in almost every category except online fun. If you play with the right people, COD can be excellent online.
Remove Boshock and MMA - both were alright but I think games like Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction, Metro should be on the list ahead of them.
List is way off
Medal of Honor was ok - it got hyped way too much and the hype does not equal the game. But if you play it, get into it, it really is not a disappointment. Online is solid, campaign is good.
GT5 - game is very good - again hype is what is fueling the hate for this game. It is getting nit-picked liked hell. To say this game is a disappointment is a disappointment and is whats wrong with gaming this gen.
I can agree wi...
I'm not sure what will be in the next XBOX and I know the economy is not great, but I would bet the bank MS will release another console - they have to. Like them or not (and sometimes they drive me crazy) they have made a strong leap into gaming (especially in the US)
Now a 2012 release seems about right for them. Let us be honest here, they need an upgrade. DVD format is causing issues - that is just a fact, and in terms of brute force and tech capabilities, MS is ...
Calm down all - 86 is a very good score. Game is excellent and I personally would probably be around the 9.5 range. I think some of these lower scores are due to the fact the game took so long to come. I also think that since people were hyping this as the greatest thing ever, that the very minor flaws in the game, reviewers are grading a little more harshly.
Any racing fan, owner of a PS3 should get this - period. Even if you dont have a PS3, you might want to think ab...
This was actually a good list with some good ideas - not sure how much of it will happen as many of these are not the MS way.
MS has done a great job in getting a strong footprint into gaming this gen - there is no denying that. But PS3 will eventually pass it unless MS does some things next year.
Middle of next year - maybe around E3 time, drop the price of the 360, drop the price of Kinect, show some killer kinect games at E3, have Rare and 343 studios...
People left - we all know that. Here is the issue, have they been replaced with quality people - MS needs to invest in the organization to see some good things out of Rare. I have a little hope for Rare - Kameo was ok, the Banjo games were solid (not great), and Wii sports (i mean Kinect sports) is one of the better Kinect games.
MS needs to invest time and money into Rare - split it into 2 teams. A kinect team and a core team to make games like Killer Instinct and Perfe...
MS talks sh*t about having more first party games- well here is a chance to snatch up a team - last few games have not been great, but they have been ok and anything MS can add to have exclusives would help
As far as lag - its weird, some games is almost 1-1 with little lag, other games it is horrible.
I do agree that in Sonic for example, you really need to overexaggerate for the movement to register.
I did experience some issues with the camera not registering the users when they both in front of it, but it was rare that it happened
Bottom line, there is potential, but you can not review based off potential. Fact is I didnt buy it and w...
They are only saying this to attempt to spur even more sales and interest into Kinect. They must, and I repeat must have a new console by 2012. Facts are facts, system is getting dated and needs some raw power. DVD is killing them, developers are limited by this and eventually they are not going to release double disc games (like Castlevania). While their third party games compare to the PS3 (developers are too lazy to utilize PS3 power), first party games can not compare - I'm sorry,...
sounds good.
looks better then the first, but it is not mind blowing (even for the Wii). Metroid Prime 3 is the best shooter (graphically) on the Wii. This game does have some lackluster details and textures.
Following dates from retailers is stupid. Example - gamestop website still has the Conduit 2 for the Wii coming on 11/2. But its not coming until early next year.
looking forward to this. I have heard nothing but good things and really hope all I am hearing is true. First game was kind of a letdown.
