Move's not getting cheaper. It's already ridiculous low. Especially here in the UK where retailers are having a bit of a price war.
Fine. Whatever. We haven't even had any Kinect announcements post-E3. I'll stick with the motion controller with games I want to play thank you.
I don't care which device sells more, so long as Move sells enough to justify support from major publishers I'll be very satisfied thank you. :)
Oh. We're still talking rather than showing? Yep. Thought so.
It's a helluva lot of games. I actually had to double-check. Fantastic support for the controller. I'd hazard we get a couple more announcements out of gamescom too, so that tally could rise.
Probably. But that'll fizzle out eventually if they don't come up with the games. Obviously novelty doesn't last forever, you need content to sustain it.
It's why I don't think Kinect (nor Move) can be judged until way into 2012. Not properly anyway.
From what NeoGAF are saying, the PS3 version runs a bit better than 360 but obviously much worse than the PC. I have only tried PS3 so I don't want to compare to be honest.
I can only talk about what I saw on PS3 version, and besides some technical issues, the controller mapping is my biggest gripe with the game right now. And we all know how minimal that is.
If you're concerned, I'd just wait for the inevitable comparisons, but don't let cont...
PS3 or XBOX? It's a bit choppy on the PS3 but not a huge, huge issue. It stays in and around 30FPS for the most part. Tearing is a bigger problem, but even that's ignorable y'know.
I think I can look past some of its technical short-comings. Have to see how the full game plays out though.
Works better than I expected. Seems functional and that's all that really matters. So long as you can navigate the XMB with ease, that's fine.
Dude, the trolling is getting boring now. Every single thread. There's no reason to even bring up Kinect in here. Absolutely no reason AT ALL.
May I ask why?
Tumble looks really good too.
Again, I've played it. It's super, super responsive. Lag is not an issue.
I've played it man. There's no noticeable lag whatsoever.
There was in Prologue so I assume there will be yes.
You've taken the comment out of context. I didn't say it needs to innovate, because it can't. The only place for racing sims to go is more life-like. And GT5 does that.
So I said:
"And when you have a mega franchise like GT, sometimes it’s best to iterate rather than innovate."
Sports Champions does it in split-screen multiplayer, so it can handle it fine. The reason The Fight opts for gestures is because none of us are real fighters.
Where's your sense of enthusiasm?! :P
It's a bit of a mixed bag. Playing the game felt more responsive than watching back this video. Which is a bizarre thing to say -- but when you're actually in the action you don't notice that slight delay time quite so much.
I actually enjoyed my time with the game, I just feel they need to have more interesting AI. Playing this, you're just punching the air becuase the opponent doesn't block or fight back.
I'd like to see the game req...
Stop trolling, man. If the original poster is excited for the games he listed, why does it bother you? If you don't want to play them, don't buy them - it really is as simple as that.
Yeah. And he's right. They are very different. I mean, obviously there are comparisons you can draw. But at the heart of it, they are very different peripherals.
