You can't really copyright imagery of WW11, there a tons of pictures, films, games and books etc including pictures from the era using similar artworks to that era.

You do realize games as a whole copy each other, from concepts to systems, from netcode to rendering techniques, ideas etc in the games industry are heavily copied.
The reality is, they have to it's the nature of the games industry, a lot of sotware ideas etc overlap.
Oh and the Original Prey was okay, wasn't something to write about, this game looks okay, but seems to be a lot more varied than the original.

I doubt it's going to 400, to do games at 4k it's going to have to have beefy hardware to get the games running at that spec.

Remote play exists for Xbox... and frankly it's far better, everytime trying to connect my Vita to remote play it always has issues, on Xbox you can connect it via ANY Windows 10 device, plug in your controller and away you go that simple.
PSNow in all honesty is shite, not only are they charging stupid money for their service, it's not very good streaming games to your PS4.

All have to do is the same thing developers do with PC's make the games scalable, games run at a lower resolution to hit target framerate, and higher res for the more powerful hardware.
Because 4k T.Vs are only around the corner, the next Nintendo console, and the fact that Sony is making another SKU, they need to make their console compete otherwise the Xbox will be retired, which will be bad for competition.
They could bring out a better Xbox, all it means is older games will have to run at lower resolutions and framerates.

4K t.vs are becoming increasingly popular, and are being more quickly adopted than HD t.vs within the same time frame.
MS and Sony need to get their new machines out, otherwise MS and Sony will left in the dark.
All it takes is a PC manufacturer, or another hardware manufacture to make a 4k ready console/pc for the same price of the PS4/X1 and both companies will be left behind.
The game reminds me of Max Payne, with time powers, I have enjoyed it I haven't completed it yet though.
Problem is if they didn't do a console refresh/upgrade then less devs would make games for X1, they wouldn't be able to make 4k games.
