To throw IGN a bone, GTPlanet is dedicated to GT so they'll be picking up on things that maybe casual GT players like Ryan McCaffrey might not.
Tell it to my gf who nearly vomited on her first corner in Driveclub VR.
Great to hear they've seemingly solved the motion sickness issue.
This makes GT7 the definitive console racing game. McCaffrey was struggling to find the words.
Oh nice! Don't own any of these. Evil Dead is one I had my eye on and I hear it's getting a Splatter Royale mode that I'm interested in. Should keep me busy until PSVR2 arrives at my door.
Good thing those earlier articles were reported, huh?
And it worked, all the major mainstream media sites, IGN, kotaku etc, ran pieces promoting the doom and gloom of PSVR2. They'll probably update them with a small blurb stating Sony deny it but the damage will be done already.
Not the first time this Bloomberg writer has been called out by Sony for spreading misinformation before a hardware launch.
Lol at the people approving it because their favourite box doesn't do VR.
It won't go mainstream without companies like Sony taking risks on it.
Those came free in the bottom of their cereal boxes.
Devastating news for the 15k Japanese people who would have bought one over the next 5 years.
Perhaps the actually believe in VR and are willing to take a gamble to push the medium forward instead of playing it more safe?
It's a spin-off starring a brand new character with his own story, you will cross paths with characters from the mainline games, including Aloy herself, but for the most part it appears to be it's own thing. No doubt you'd pick up on more nods and easter eggs by knowing it, but no big deal I'd imagine.
Let's not forget Sony are releasing new hardware in the form of PSVR2 next month, it's practically a new platform with its own lineup of titles that you can't play on other consoles, including a new Horizon game from Firesprite.
I guess they are mid-falter right now then.
The headline reads MS but it means Xbox. Phil had to literally talk MS down from cancelling the Xbox division just a few years ago. He has stated this himself.
If it was a negative review you'd question if the reviewer truly spent enough time with the game. Bonus points for a no name site.
Maybe on a larger stage like TGA, but this direct has a much smaller viewership. I guess with Game Pass they can make moves like this.
Just 19 days to go!
