BP handled their situation extremely bad, and hardly tried to make it better, taking their sweet time while they let millions of gallons of oil spill all over the Gulf of Mexico. They then spun facts, and had a CEO whining on his yacht complaining that he wanted his life back.
EA spun facts when that tool Peter Moore said that 45 million Origin users is proof that their system is much desired - which is kindof like someone with a Monopoly on any product saying "Look at ...
What are you delusional? Devs have come out and said that "You better pay your ISP bills". If you can't understand from all the evidence that you always need to be online, from the mountain of evidence in front of you, you're a typical delusional fanboy living in a bubble with your hands over your ears screaming "LALALALALALALALA"
And for those of you delusional enough to think that Msoft pays internet trolls, they have bigger things on their mind...
Yet another executive hack from EA giving typical Public Relations spin (aka B.S.)
Instead of actually showing how they can improve, they simply acknowledge problems but offer no solutions that actually work or address the real issue.
Developers are quoted as saying "Make sure to pay your ISP bills", so I can hardly say the always online is a hoax. If a guy working for Msoft says its always online, and devs are clearly indicating it, then it's happening whether you like it or not.
Microsoft needs to formulate a message with its marketing and public relations people to ensure they spin this in their favour as much as possible. Having a smug, ignorant piece of garbage mouth off like a doucheba...
Wow, people accusing the devs of being lazy when they're probably working 60-80 hours a week to put this out. The 60 FPS ordeal is nonsense, it's not needed for every single game. A slow paced stealth game like Thief would benefit more from more advanced AI and higher resolution textures, better texture filtering, better lighting and haze affects, all these things are infinitely more important than 60 vs 30 FPS on a slow paced stealth game. Use your brains people, it's not a twitc...
lol it's just a money issue, you're always going to have publishers looking for ways to make more money.
I for one was ecstatic about Arkham City's costume DLC, since each costume was exclusive to a particular retail outlet, and I wasn't planning on buying the game from any of them, I managed to snag them all up at once... WINNING!!!
lol this is seemingly a rip off of a previous article which did the exact same thing, satirically making fun of people who hate on good games.
In the previous article fans were so butthurt at the title itself that they screamed and yelled like little babies, calling the article unfunny for seemingly making fun of Bioshock Infinite, even though they were making fun of haters who hate for really stupid reasons.
I told everyone to get a grip and just chill, to...
This has confirmed what I've been saying all along. Sony saw the backlash after they charged a measly $100 extra for the PS3's top end model, so now they have to make it cheaper. They can't include a better shader modeler since it would be too costly. I think Sony should have beefed up the PS4 and sold it for a couple extra hundred bucks, or at least have the option to sell it for more, with a cheaper $500 option like last time, at least we would be getting a better console!
Well hey, look what happened the last time Sony charged an extra 100 bucks for its top of the line PS3 model? I've never seen a bigger pile of whiny crying babies in my life... grown men crying about an extra $100, so this time Sony can't build something that will work like a rocket ship anymore, they need to pare things back to keep costs down so they can get back some of they money they lost on PS3.
On April 1st you really can't trust anything you read. Heck, on the internet you can't trust anything you read on any other day either, so don't get your hopes up.
A lot of technical speculation that doesn't have all the facts right, like the teraflops on PS4 etc. The NextBox specs are still just rumoured based on what we know so far, so this would be more useful once we know confirmed final specs.
Really we're just splitting hairs here. Devs will be able to come up with whatever will work, however the PS4 won't be held back, the NextBox will just be pared down versions of PS4 games. The only thing holding back would be spa...
It isn't "strange that Xbox was successful on NA but not Japan", not if you understand world cultures and how they differ. The PS3's messaging was much strong in Japan and Europe, however the UK and US were extremely put off by some of the messaging which didn't translate properly from Japanese with the translators, and of course they sought out to destroy Sony at every turn upon release of the PS3.
The 360, on the other hand, had nothing Japanese peopl...
No one cares about 4K gaming because as of right now no one has a 4k TV. 4K movies are over 100 GB in size, I think Devs should instead push for 1080p 60FPS, and I'm sure everyone will be more than happy with that. Once PS5 comes out, OLED TV's and other 4K tv's will be out, prices will come down as they become more popular, other devices like BluRay players will start to support 4k, and we will see consoles follow suit after that.
I'm in no hurry though, as...
Wrestling may be a childish pile of garbage these days with it being the PG era meant for small kids, but I still love Taker. Long live Taker!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
She's so brilliantly spot on with every single thing she said.
BTW, she can't marry you because she's already married to me :p
I'm with David Hayter on this one. I'll feel a bit sick to hear anyone other than him voicing snake. If it's not Richard Doyle I'll be extremely pissed. Hayter is not Metal Gear, but Hayter IS Snake. They already tried MGS without Snake on MGS2, and it was shite playing as Raiden compared to Snake.
In case anyone didn't get it, this is a satire article. It's not meant to be taken seriously, as evidenced first and foremost by the ridiculous title and premise of this article.
Get a grip people!
The problem is, everyone is comparing the traditional x86 architecture of PC's to the PS4, and it's not an apples to apples comparison. The article outlines this rather well with the interview:
"For us, really by looking at that APU that we designed, you can't pull out individual components off it and hold it up and say, 'Yeah, this compares to X or Y.'
"It's that integration of the two, and especially with the amount of shar...
It's unlikely that this is true, Kojima still has the old voice actor playing in the Japanese version of the game. This looks like either a money issue for Konami, as Hayter may have raised his rate, or Kojima is doing the same retarded nonsense he did back when he thought it would be a great idea to have the main character be a half male half female looking double gender person with long blond hair, and a whiny personality, all based on some forum message board from some stupid Japanese ...
Looking at those comparisons between 30 and 60 FPS... and PS4 won't have all of its games at 60 FPS? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOObody cares.
