I just don't get it. All of these little things are irritating philosophy choices on EA's part, but they still put out fun some fun games. They don't seem to do things drastically different from other game co. re: online only games (activision-blizzard), dlc (freakin' everyone) and Origin (Steam, PSN, etc.). Meanwhile Goldman Sachs threw the U.S. economy in a recession in a bid to make money hand over hand over fist. Am I missing something here?

This article was terrible. A self-hating girl gamer, deciding that some anecdotal examples betray an entire gender is the height of arrogance. Her opinion- and let's be fair, that's all it is- doesn't matter to me one bit. You and I have both played with plenty of women gamers, known to us as women or not, and enjoyed ourselves with good, skilled, funny, noobs, leets or otherwise. A fine rant with some spot-on observations. I don't however think that it's EA's job to be a water-bearer for these issues; they are contributing by putting in same-sex content in the first place. I liked the smart and direct commentary, though for sure.
I have nothing to say about the conflict over the ending that hasn't been said better by others, but will writers please stop using the term "slams" in every damn headline? So cheap and ubiquitous. I expect many disagrees. That's cool, baby. I said my piece.
