People should get paid for their work but at some point things need to become public domain so they aren't forgotten to history.

That's a pretty high latency, but it shouldn't be unplayable, make sure you use game mode on your TV most TV's with out that have around 35ms latency and some can be much higher.

For me I get around 25ms and it works great.

Funny that Platimun has a great track record of working with tons of other publishers but only Microsoft had a problem with them and canceled Scalebound at the exact same time they were canceling Fable and shutting down over a dozen studios like Lionhead.

Weird that there partnership with Sony produced Nier: Automata one of the best games this generation.

Xbox owners need to buy the Japanese games already on the console before that's going to happen.

Yakuza and Atlus and Square games are already on PSNow the best streaming service with over 700 games. PSNow has a huge selection of Japanese games today, vs gamepass which has (let me just bring up the list here) Hmm there seems to be 0 JRPG's and a number of Japanese published games I can count on my fingers compared to the hundreds of Japanese games on PSNow. Yeah... I don't think xbox is going to be the new home of Japanese games anytime soon.

Of course they do... but this is just another PR stunt.

Phil will come back and people will claim that the one or two games that were going to be on xbox anyways were thanks to Phil and fans will proclaim him some sort of hero just like the last time. Ignoring the fact that xbox doesn't get more Japanese games than it does get and that xbox owners don't really support the games they do get.

Actually, I view this comment and the replies as the usual anti Sony crew more than I view other comments in this topic and pro Sony.

The difference here is you can buy a PS4 in the store and every single game you can buy in a way that supports the publisher.

Versus archival rom sites where games that can't be bought in any way that supported the developer were kept alive.

Yea, I was in the beta and it sucked, but it works great now. Personally I really like the game selection, of course there could always be more games and there will be of course, they have added new games as far as I know every month since it launched.

This is like the dollar store knock off of Dragon's Crown.

You don't know anything about PSNow or this service... PSNow can scale streaming quality just like any other streaming service.

It's not going to be free or part of any service you already own, it's just silly to keep saying that based on nothing. When gamepass came they didn't add it to your existing gold account, and get back to me when they stop making you have gold to play free to play games.
