Graphics are a function primarily of the GPU and memory, and to a lesser extent the CPU. Disc capacity has almost nothing to do with graphics. It only gives you more room to fit more content.
But like Vega75 said, most PS3 games are no longer than 360 games anyway. The dirty little secret is that many PS3 games simply repeat content on the disc in order to help with load times and seek times. That is only to offset the slower speed of the Bluray drive in the PS3.

This is honestly a non-issue for me. I couldn't care less. I will probably switch it out 5 times more just to play other games in between sessions of Mass Effect 2.
Let's face it, the vast majority of games do not need more than 1 DVD. Having a couple long RPGs that require multiple discs is not a problem at all.

Yeah that does look really amazing. It has a nice photorealistic quality about it. Killzone 2 went for a more stylized look. They both look good in their own ways.
PS3 fanboys will always try to downplay any game that isn't a PS3 exclusive, don't let it bother you.

Most of those are downloadable games, not full retail releases.
When it comes to full retail releases the PS3 has more subHD games than the 360. Lots of games, like Chronicles of Riddick Dark Athena, Fracture, GTA4, and Dark Sector, are full 720P on the 360 and subHD on the PS3.

Maybe in your mind, but most people thought the 360 had the better lineup in 2008. PS3 had a good year in 2009, but don't act like one year means everything. A generation lasts many years. This year I think the 360 has the stronger lineup personally.
Hell yeah, this is going to be one of the best games of the generation. Mass Effect 1 was already one of the best in my opinion and it seems pretty obvious that this one has taken everything up a notch. Bioware, I salute you. Great job!

Mass Effect 2 looks so amazing. The improvements to the combat sound great and they have truly improved the game in so many areas. It is honestly one of the most beautiful looking games I have seen.

LBP is nothing special graphically. Even the PSP version looks not too much worse than the PS3 version, which proves that it is doing nothing special.
Forza 3 looks better than GT5P, and GT5 is not out yet so you can't say for sure how it will look.

Funny. Most PS3 exclusives look pretty crappy to be honest. Only a couple look good. Heavy Rain is one of them, but Alan Wake still looks better.

No, Alan Wake isn't a sandbox game, but if you have read anything about the game or have seen any of the videos it is obvious that it has large outdoor environments.
Heavy Rain has shown nothing on that scale. Everything shown has been very linear and the camera angles seem fixed. You cannot freely swing the camera around to look at different objects from different angles.

The PS3 is just as tapped as the 360. Or to put it another way they both have just as much potential to create better looking games.
Alan Wake and several other upcoming 360 games look as good as anything on the PS3.
Alan Wake looks better. It has better textures and lighting, which are two of major cornerstones of good graphics. Heavy Rain looks good too, but overall Alan Wake looks better.

Well, for that matter so are mandatory installations. The Bluray drive in the PS3 is slow so many games have to be installed to help with load times and seek times. It's just as archaic.
Not only that, but there are a lot more games on the PS3 that require mandatory installations than there are games on the 360 that require multiple discs.
I'd take the 360's situation over the PS3's situation any day.
