Depends on which aspect you are looking at. There are ways that Halo Reach "destroys" Uncharted 2 on a technical level. For instance, in terms of the scale, the open levels and the numbers of vehicles and enemies on screen at one time are all much greater in Halo Reach than in Uncharted 2.

Motion blur is a post-processing effect that developers add on purpose because it makes the game look better. Why do you think games like Uncharted 2 and Halo Reach use motion blur? It's absurd for you to act like it is something negative when it is something they add to give it a more cinematic, smooth effect.
We'll have to wait until proper technical analysis is done in order to know how they each perform in terms of screen tearing and frame-rate.
You act like all 360 fans were saying it was sub-HD. I heard one PC fan, Shaman, said that he bets the PS3 version is sub-HD. So what if he is wrong? It was a good guess. The PS3 version does look soft. If you just look at the smaller shots then they look pretty much the same, but if you look at the full size shots it is obvious in every shot that the 360 version is sharper and clearer.
I'm sorry, but lensoftruth are not reliable. Some of them are PS3 fanboys and they sometimes slant things in the PS3's favor. They don't use objective measurements as much as they should.
