Two completely different games. One is an arcade race, the other is a sim. Also...one is 60fps one isn't. I couldn't not bring that up. Let's wait and compare Forza Horizon 2 to DriveClub. They'll be more comparable.

The only thing that will shift PS4s is if capcom finally brings Monster Hunter back to PS. Otherwise what we are seeing here is further evidence a lot of core Japanese gamers have gone mobile or handled. There's still a hardcore market but there aren't as many of them as there used to be.
Given Gabe's apparent hate for MS, I doubt Valve will put windows on the steam machines.

Otherwise you'll already be paying for gold so you can access multiplayer on other games, so it doesn't matter because it's already paid for. Example; you play COD, Halo or BF online? You've already paid gold so it won't matter to you if gold is needed for ESO.

How many great kinect games have there been though? I think kinect should be regarded as the great experiment. It had so much potential but it seems like no one ever could come up with that killer experience that appealed to the hardcore. I don't know if PS Now will be able to stream 60fps. Surely latency would be an issue? Also, Playstation Now is just a server load of PS3's for back catalogue gaming, not PS4 games.

How about Sony fans should say thank you to Microsoft for championing online multiplayer for consoles? Before you attack, I know Microsoft weren't the first to push online gaming, but they were the ones to really get it right and make it a core part of console gaming. It has only been in the last 2 years that Sony has finally caught up after the dark days of the PSN hack, which is where the free games with plus comes from.
