Wow. What a damage control article. Literally hours ago PSN was chugging under the strain of a beta...A BETA! If they weren't ready for this, how in the hell will they be ready for the launch of the actual game!?

Mass Effect 2 is my favourite game of all time. I think the biggest problem with Mass Effect 3 is that Bioware promised too much. We were told the decisions we made in 1 and 2 would drastically affect how 3 played out. Hell, Shepard could die at the end of 2 and then it looked like they were setting up Joker as someone to carry on the mission!

Well said. I think too many people get caught up in the ending controversy to actually see the faults with the rest of the game. Auto-Dialogue. For 60 hours we have been the ones choosing what Shepard says and then all of a sudden conversations seemed to happen without our "control." I'm still loving Titanfall. The recent updates like Marked For Death have really freshened things up. Nothing quite beats the free running and double jumping in it. This is what I will miss the most when I start playing Destiny and Halo Master Chief edition this winter.
Buddy, I work at Game in the UK and there was a point where we didn't have a chance to sell the dual shock 4 because we were having to replace customers controllers where the rubber had worn off the controller. This started one month after launch and we're hoping Sony have fixed it. We were writing off about 6 a week! OT the ds4 is leagues above the ds3 but personal preference for me is still xb1 controller.

So they're actually making a game rather than an interactive movie? Good on them.
1. Tomb Raider is not 60fps on ps4. It is unlocked but can go as low as 40 which can actually make the game look worse than 30fps.
2. Halo 2 AE is attempting to run two 1080p 60fps engines at the same time, one as an emulation from older tech.

I hope that doesn't mean sacrifices to reach 60fps. I would take a servicable 30fps with no sacrifices than 60fps with downgrades.

I'm not saying all games that decided to go for multiple endings work. But for the author to claim that multiple endings need to go away is ridiculous. I think the author just wants someone to do to the thinking for him. Doesn't seem like an RPG fan.

The number of endings comes down to the type of game! The Order isn't an rpg, you will not be making decisions that affect the story. When you have an rpg the idea is taking ownership over the story and when it ends, it's your ending. This whole games as art, more cinematic, is a massive distraction. Games are games and should aspire to be just hat. They should take influences from other mediums but must never forget they are games.
Tomorrow's article: why real gamers should upgrade to PS4. Sigh

One thing missing from this list? Enjoy the game in the obviously missing Co-Op mode.
It really needs to be an engrossing Mass Effect like game if they're going to leave out the Co-Op this game looks like it was built for.
Don't get me wrong. I'm into my single player games. Mass Effect 1 & 2 are my favourite games of all time. But The Order 1886 looked like it could have been this new generations Gears of War.
