The description isn't included on the front page of N4G though. Nobody is upset, just pointing out the lack of thought/integrity that went into the headline.
They really need to start specifying Regions in these kind of headlines, it's misleading and borderline flame bait, especially with the language used i.e. "dominates". Like a 13 year old kid wrote it.
There is ONE GoW game on PS3... ONE. Six-ish years of PS3, one game, do you see why you are getting disagrees?

Just goes to show that sales aren't everything, although some people would have you believe that because a few Playstation exclusives don't do 5m+ they aren't worth playing. Same applies here, Forza is still a decent game even it never does GT5 numbers.
I'm actually enjoying this game and for the reasonable price of free from PS+ :)
Each to their own I guess, I do like old style 2d platformers though and this is a good one in my book, if only for the humour and twisted death animations.
Maybe people should be saying it IS next gen but just not likely to be comparable as far as hardware specs go.
Although, when a new product comes out with higher specs than a current model people say that the previous model is obsolete, not exactly true but it's the way of tech these days. Easy fix, sign up to PS+ as of this moment I have about 5-10 games waiting to be played, admittedly I have little interest in a few but with Bulletstorm, LBP2, Just Cause 2, Motorstorm Apocalyspe etc just sitting on my drive waiting to be finished I definitely ain't gonna be bored until the Christmas rush.
Also Xcom and Dishonored just came out, two excellent games.

Completely agree, there's a lot of studios out there just out for the easy money. However there are some devs that will eek out every possible advantage that the cell PS3 has to offer.
Take Uncharted 2 to Uncharted 3, while the improvement was not a massive leap, as 2 was from 1, there were notable improvements in physics, lighting and such. The cruise liner levels in particular highlight this point.
The complex architecture of the PS3 has made progress slow for developers but there's still a lot of potential in that black box. We should still be seeing improvements in PS3 games, even this far into the gen. They may not be obvious or mindblowing but there's definitely more horsepower hidden away there.
What's interesting about this is that it would seem Sony are confirming twin versions of PS4 games with PS Vita games. Nobody can really complain Sony aren't supporting the Vita.

If MS release first it will be...

Sonys 'slow and steady wins the race' tactic means they have reliable, near-future proof, quality hardware. However, with that comes cost and an initial cost to the consumer translates into slow but steady sales performance at launch.
Sales, of course, pick up after price cuts but the damage to the peception of the console has already been done, with many writing it off before it has a chance to shine.
