Amusing, the Xbox Box, how exciting.
They really don't have any games to show do they.
So this is why they pulled production of the Xbox One X, so it doesn't outperform the Series S in BC.
Wow, Phil & Co give with one hand and take with the other don't they.
I'm sorry but they really don't.
If you believe you will see the full potential of the Series X realised as long as development has to include the Series S then I'm afraid you are delusional.
Unfortunately, MS are hobbling themselves again by all their games having to work properly on the lowest common denominator. Was the Xbox One S, will now be the Xbox Series S.
Series X games will probably have higher resolution and maybe a few more effects, but the game design, physics, geometry etc. will all have to be designed around the lower spec machine, to keep inline with the MS sales line.
A shame as we will never really see the true potential of ...
You can use a regular 3rd party HDD to play Xbox One, 360 and original Xbox games.
But if you want to play 'Series' games, you'll need to buy MS proprietary SSD as mentioned.
Be interesting to see the size of next gen games, textures will be larger, but less file duplication due to the SSD speed.
$220 for a 1TB expansion, pricey!!

Wow, so MS blinked first, although leaks probably forced their hand.
Your move Sony, take the hit with the massive sales predictions, PS5 for £399 disc, £299 discless and say goodnight.
Cynical but also very true.
Well done sir (tips hat).
When's it out on Xbox One?
Well, I was speaking as Phil Spencer so there you go!
Phil S: "Ok guys, here's a cheque each, now as you can see I've signed it but left the amount there blank, so feel free to add your own number, but please lets keep it below $500 million, hahahahah!
OK, Pierre, you're going to help out with the, ahem, 'free to play', mulitplayer experience side, so please can you go to the stock room and get that huge vat of turd polish, including that leftover from Crackdown 3.
Joseph, you're in charge of the ca...
Get Pistol Whip too, Beat Sabre if you have the Move controllers, and Thumper is worth a punt.
Fair enough, although 16 hours in front of a computer screen watching blue sky and the odd instrument change as the autopilot does it thing isn't personally what I'm after in a gaming experience.
But as you rightly say, each to their own.
Boooooooooooooooooorring!
All they need to do if they really need the money is charge a £10 upgrade key, which would allow current owners of base+ season pass / deluxe version to then get the next gen version.
They would definitely get a lot more £10 from current gen owners then £50 from current gen owners, so would get more cash and then also keep some sort of reputation with their customer base.
As is I won't be giving them any more money, I'm pretty sure I'm no...
Better not be the grand unveiling of a cardboard box!!!
I know our Xbox supporting friends here go wild for that sort of thing, but I want to see actual gameplay please!
