I dont agree that R* "peaked" with RDR at all! RDR was a narrative masterpiece and one of my favorite games this gen, but I think it's on-par with GTA IV in many ways.
LA Noire was flawed but still a masterpiece IMO.. Haven't played Max Payne 3 yet, but it seems to be receiveing great reviews. I don't think GTA V will let fans of the series down. The fans that abandoned the series because the dark and more mature and realistic tone of GTA IV didn'...
I play a great deal of BF3, so I'm interested in seeing what will actually be offered with this "Premium" service and what the full price is for a subscription.
I'd be game to sign up if this was along the lines of Forza 4's season pass or something similar. As long as it's nothing like CoD Elite (glorified stat tracking along with content drops of maps from previous games!).

I think the author makes a good point. I'll admit that I definitley game more often on my 360, 'specially because I feel that the online play experience for MP games is better than MP gaming on PSN, But I agree that MS making a poor business choice here. Sure multiplats can still be played on the 360, but why would MS spend all this $$ on third party services for XBL that most of us have on our cellphone!? Instead they SHOULD be developing more exclusives for the 360.

That's complete garbage.. it's an incomplete game, plain and simple. If We buy a game we've been anticipating on it's launch date and there's day 1 DLC, usually we can skip it because it's a few weapons and skins/outfits...maybe an extra playable character or so. But THIS...THIS is a whole MP Map Pack, and MP Mode, and SIX weapons?? Bullsh*t I say

ANY video game is great while having a nice relaxing toke! If you love gaming, it's always more about the game than getting stoned, drunk, or whatever. To me having a puff or a few beers during a long gaming session is just complementary to the experience.. Not the entire experience, nor the reason for it.

THC CELL - Locking consumers out of the ability to shop for the best bargain is not good for you, me, or developers. It will eliminate retail competition because games will all be the same price, it will fatten the pockets of the console companies who will, more than likely, invest in more first party developers who can create games for their system for less money as a division of their corporation. I'm not surprised at any of these inults. One of the reasons I stopped playing CoD was because this is the type of stuff you hear coming through your headset or TV during online matches... this just sounds like the normal CoD community to me.

Funny because from what I hear the 360 version (which is the version I have) worked fine right out of the box, where the ps3 version was gimped with a myriad of problems from day 1 that, for some users, made the game unplayable.
