I've played a lot of beat them ups when the screen can get mudded bc on the onslaught of enemies plus other players...I guess spells can make it hard, but that's why you block (assuming you can).
Guardian heroes (on the Saturn, dunno about the xbox version) could get into a cluster mess of spells and heavy action and it'd slow down a bit, I just hope that isn't the case with Dragon's crown, it looks like it has a solid frame rate.
At the end of the day, I...
I don't think the series is dead, either in a deep coma or on life support, no matter the case, I think a couple of upcoming titles could bring back some life into the franchise (I enjoyed the FFXIV: reborn beta).
My vita could be partying w FF:agito/zero right now, make it happen.
yeah, somehow I heard about it and it completely skipped my mind, I'm gonna check out Sanctuary battle, it plays like a Dynasty warrior type game, right? Sorta what they did for Hokuto no Ken?... Thanks Nick.
@Abriael, Shiryu is a bad ass! I'm more of a Ikki guy.
YES! finally a Saint Seya game on ps3 coming to the west, I grew up on this anime!
I can see how an Action-RPG could come into play or an action adventure title a la Bayonetta.
So many ways to implement the story line, hold the fortress, venture out the walls, etc... oh and using the grappling device they have should be a blast! Especially to kick some Titans' ass.
This game bears its name very well :) creative game from an amazing studio, can't wait to see the final product as everything I've seen so far has been nothing short of amazement.
None of it is crap, even if you're entitled to your own opinion, it just sucks on the matter lol.
Three excellent games, but I assume you played them already and therefore made an informed statement about these Japanese games.
Can I friend anyone who plays this game? I'd love to visit your towns :) (sounds a tad creepy, I know).
I didn't think I'd ever like a game like this one...it is chore after chore...but I love it! Building my home and decorating and building new town projects, trading stuff with neighbors and paying them visits..etc...it's non-sense! and I'm sadly addicted...I do think Tom nook should be renamed Tom Crook.
Ugh, in the vid the guy was hittin' the rocks with his shovel and got money bags, and I only get coins lol...ARGH!
I just wanna give him a big'o hug and say: thank you!
Damn that last one was pure comedy gold....wrong and hilarious and I love MJ Fox.
at this point only first party games and indie games can help it, as third parties already sell well on ps3/xbox.
People wanna play Nintendo franchises, Zelda, Mario, fun innovative party games,etc...
they'll do well to churn them out as quickly as they can without compromising quality.
I'd like to SNES games on the 3DS eshop...are they hard to emulate? Certainly the 3Ds can handle it, unless it wasn't built with snes emulators in mind..?
How in the hell do you relate "portrayal of gays" to sex hotline numbers being found in TLOU?
Neither are wrong once it's been stated that the game is for Mature audiences. It seems like you have your own agenda. Get off your damn soap box and reason rationally...and to think that some people agreed with you.
Does anyone have a code they don't intend to use for the Ps3? I'd love to have one.
I still play the original on my Sega Saturn, great time with friends, the versus multiplayer was a blast.
A future I want no part of, not due to brand loyalty or any silly notions of fanboism, simply bc as a platform it offers very little game variety and I'd hate to see any console crippled by some add on that some deem to be futuristic.
That's the very reason why I was sad to see Sega go and I'm worried about Nintendo,(not so much about Sony) they add innovation in games not just with peripherals.
I get the feeling the game will have me hooked for weeks due to replay-ability and the art work. Add in all the RPG elements and I'm farming for hours looking for what I need. Bring on the fun!!!
aaah the sweet sweet smell of irony embalmed with the aroma of delayed vaporware...could describe Square's failed attempts this gen. lol
Sony Japan, let's get this one done right so you guys can move on to Gravity Rush 2, although that announcement is imminent at TGS.
On topic: it sounds like attack on titans meets god eater under the hands of an experienced studio.
