It sounds as though this could become a flagship franchise for Sony on the vita and the ps3. It sold decently well to assure a sequel but they seem to go the safe route by launching an extended version to test the waters on both platforms. Honestly, I would've prefered that the franchise remains a vita exclusive without branching out a "definitive" version on the ps3, but who knows, this may become a future ps4/vita cross over title.
wow this combines strong arcade gameplay of the past with amazing art style, plus the enticing soundtrack is pure bliss. Can't wait to hear more about multiplayer and the vita version.
I'd actually buy it even though it's free to play. Sega doesn't even know what they have in their hands.
I bought my copy of the game! Time for some good old family and friends rumble!
TLOU on Ps4? Even more scary!! I don't know how I'll play that game...windows wide open during daytime, most likely.
I tense up when I watch demos and gameplay, lol.
Opinion aside, he's a looker! :)
Always enjoyed those type of games, played Princess crown when it came out on the Saturn, it was hard given that it was all in Japanese. lol
Big fan of side scrollers as they're so easy to pick up and play, and I agree, the PSN catalog should be available on the Vita.
LOL, serve me a plate 'cause I'd love to see those and I'd pay a hefty price to see them released!!
I still have a Saturn and revisit those titles every year. There's no joy like starting these adventures anew and still feel the same emotions I did the first time I discovered them.
Wanna see those on the Vita. need beat them ups on the go!
I understand that the most common argument found on N4g is the following :the relevance of sexual orientation is based on the core gameplay, does it require you to be one or the other or both in order to advance in the game?
And yet,we have seen games that put forth a heterosexual relationship without having a real impact on actual gameplay. Shouldn't the same be of gay characters?
If we are telling a story, why isn't it easily acceptable to have a protagonist with a ...

Sega has an arsenal of great IPs, especially JRPGs.
Old classics I'd like to see are: dragon force, shining force, panzer dragoon, guardian heroes, burning rangers, space harrier,Sega rally, Phantasy star, Streets of Rage,etc...with any great developers at the helm of these titles, we could see a reboot of a great catalog.
Sega should give us more HD remakes and release overseas some of their japan-only titles.
hate to troll, apparently the troll police is on high alert on N4G,lol, but if it's to make an announcement such as: be on the look out for it at E3, they can already sit their a** down.
I still have a bitter taste in the back of my mouth from that, yet again, luminous engine trailer.
well, what's laugheable is the assumption that stemmed from my questions, albeit, they were not elaborated. I was simply curious (believe it or not, trolling had nothing to do with it); wondering if someone on N4G knew whether it'd be possible to get ps2 games running on the psVita. I know Sony has not announced ps2 games running on Psvita, but is it possible? or are they going by ways of gaikai for backward compatibility and streaming?
ability to play ps2 games on the vita? Or is that gonna be a Gaikai functionality?
what a disgraceful, and poor in taste, comparison. Sega was a great hardware company, it provided hours upon hours of great innovative games, and the games truly made the consoles what they were, the dreamcast forged an identity bc of its fun, easy to take on games and it was the golden era of japanese games...the market had moved on and simply couldn't see the greatness of the system until it was too late. The same can be said about the sega saturn, it was a dedicated game console and it...
Sega releasing it all wrong, virtua fighter, sonic fighters and fighting vipers and fighters megamix (the last bronx as well) could 've been sold as a fighter pack to bring the appeal.
Nights into dreams is a real saturn classic and there are more that beg to be released...they have some dim wits working at that company. Sony is making a ton of cash re-releasing their psone classics..take a page in their book.
There's something off-putting concerning the framerate of this game, noticed it a while ago, it doesn't assert any confidence in a purchase from me.
How about we get the soul sacrifice demo the japanese psn got months ago? I honestly don't care if it's all in japanese, just wanna get my hands on it and see how it plays even if it's a garanteed buy, it's not on everyone's list.
I go where the games are and thankfully I can afford multiple consoles. It'd be silly to be loyal to a brand and miss out on incredible gaming experiences. If it weren't for games' exclusivity, it wouldn't matter what console you buy.
