then I just gotta win the N4G May contest to get a PS4 :)
@Maniac, a lifestyle is when you choose to live in suburbia in a house with a dog and you decorate your house a certain way, and that's just one example.
That's something modeled by some that others try to emulate, therefore a choice.
There's a gay culture, I'll give you that, but not all LGBTI members live the same way, much like heterosexuals live different lives.
Being gay = not a lifestyle by any means.
No one is shoving or pushin...
@Da1rocky
I was just clicking agree on your post when I got the notification about your reply, lol.
It's 10 kinds of awesome to find open minded folks on N4G. All that you said was right on!
I want PSvita love, gravity rush 2, an infamous title released for it or a bundle of the ps3 games with DLC included.
I want to see the last guardian in action. I want a heavenly sword 2, Nariko is too cool to let go.
We need a strong showing of kingdom hearts 3 and FF15.
I can't wait to pick it up, wanna get it for the WiiU so I can enjoy the beautiful graphics on the tv screen and then lazy it up on my bed when I'm about to doze off.
Wish it'd come to the Vita.
Yay, yet another chance to win a PS4! I'll try to comment every day starting today. Good luck everyone! Love N4G for making me hopeful :)
If you don't start questioning and complaining, no change will ever come.
I have to accept that stories who mainly portray heterosexual romances are thought as the "norm" in society, but it doesn't excuse the fact that other orientations are excluded and therefore not portrayed.
It is insulting to think that showcasing homosexual relationships is inappropriate or morally wrong. Kids are introduced to romance between male and female characters at an early age,...
It won't hurt the 3ds sales, that's for sure.
That's the probably the angle Nintendo is going for, more 3ds owners than there are WiiU owners, so it'll be a sure hit on the handheld, while WiiU owners who already have it on 3ds will buy a copy for their console to play with friends and family.
MarioK8 and SSB might just bring in the casuals and increase the WiiU sales. Just around the Xmas/Black friday, thanksgiving deals.
Too awesome!!Too broke!!
Saint Seya
Ys memory of Celcetta
Zone of the enders HD
Atelier games
Chrono trigger/cross
Rain.
Damn, the Vita line up is slaying! Great time to be an owner in case you haven't bought one.
Already got golden sun and Mario and Luigi RPG to keep me busy, plus I cannot stop playing destiny of spirits and Pokemon X (got it for free with Nintendo promotion).
Child of light is the next contender to slay my wallet, along with the god of war and sly cooper collections.
Also need to give support to Drakengard 3 and tell publishers we want more Japanese games over her...
I cannot wait to get my hands on it , although I am shocked that it isn't on the vita. I'm sure its hardware can handle it.
What's a modern gamer anyway?
Just because I like long standing franchises with true and tried gameplay doesn't make me old school, lol.
As a matter of fact, these classic games have a lot of appeal, and when I do want to play "modern" games, whatever the hell that means, I have a vita/ps3 and xbox for that.
If I had kids I'd introduce them to nintendo games, mario, zelda, mario kart, smash bro, donkey kong, etc...
If one classifies moder...
wow, I clearly talking out of my ass on that one lol, thanks for the info :)
Well done Nintendo, definitely a cult game and seeing it move from a Sony platform to Nintendo could trigger some game envy and create sales...this is just the first step in the right direction, now let's get more ps1, ps2 era games on the WiiU and you'll see a surge of sales in the name of nostalgia.
It was already a smart move to get Bayonetta 2 to release on the WiiU.
Usually, or at least to me, gameplay and the combat system will make me overlook the grinding aspect of JRPGs.
But I've found out long ago that I am a creature of habit, I love being beyond lvled up to crush my foes and those pesky bosses. Matter of fact, it's become now a habit to grind whenever I can.
Ok N4G, I signed up for the beta on three devices, and I only own a Vita and a PS3, I think you know what to do next...? lol
Great timing for winning a comment contest huh...? lol
Now N4G let me win that PS4 this month so I can start buying some ps4 games!
OT: congrats to Sony, the more it sells the more developers will flock to it, the better the game selection.
Now let's focus on the Vita and sell it just as well.
it is a JRPG power machine, and a lot of those needs to be released in the west! Sega, I am looking at you! We have seen the likes of Ragnarok odyssey, Soul sacrifice and Toukiden make their way here so why no PSO2. They've all done relatively well and soon we will have freedom wars.
At least Phantasy Star is a well known franchise..smh.
I liked the concept, no pun intended, but I wasnt too keen on reading on and on about the story. If you're going for the novel like amount of words, then look at persona for inspiration. They keep it moving with an engaging story line.
The battling system was fun, but too much micromanaging with all the kids you get to have...yikes, but I've only played the demo and that kept me busy.
@Maniac, yep you said it well, our belief system is different, and I'll agree to disagree.
You won't back down on your stance as much as I won't back down on mine because of what we've seen, read and experienced.
No point running in circles.
