I think the reason why he makes games is the very reason why I play them, to escape, to make choices I'll ponder about for quite some time and to play as someone else.
We like to think that we are limitless and boundless but some games give us that freedom.
I don't own a Ps4, I've put endless hours into Infamous 1 and 2, I know what the gameplay looks like and feels like.
Therefore, the moment this game was announced, there was a bitter taste of Deja vu, that I'll admit.
Is it odd that Insomniac, who had developed stellar games for sony platforms, then moved to Xbox for a sucker punch inspired game?
Perhaps they were the only studio able to pull off such a feat, and it seems they did.
I am neither je...
I think Nintendo is on the heel of a Majora's mask HD announcement either for the 3ds or WiiU...I'd release it for both but would favor the WiiU.
I hope that more people buy the WiiU, so that Pikmin 3's sales increase. Perhaps some of the flagship titles need to be bundled together, like a WiiU must own collection.
It is a great game, after all.
I am not one to bash games, but this looks like a poor man's infamous.
Sucker Punch could've made tracks like these in infamous just for multiplayer's sake.
But infamous is just not that kind of game. I think the free play aspect of this will interest a lot of players on xbox.
Well played Microsoft and insomniac.
I have shining force 3 for my saturn! I'd never part with it.
I can't believe they didn't put Panzer Dragoon Saga, it's even more costly than Shining force and very rare to find.
Glad to own both, as they're the best part of my childhood.
I have super stardust HD on my vita and ps3 and it's hours of endless fun, especially in co-op!!
I love that game and going from planets to planets...probably one I really wanted to platinum!
I love, love, love house Marquee want to see more of their games in the future.
It has that classic FPS vibe from PC games of yesteryear and it's not a bad thing at all, rather it makes it a solid experience.
Love to the art direction and the color scheme. They know how to invite the eye, that's for sure.
The color scheme for Elegy is incredible. Right out of a gorgeous painting I'd love to hang in my living room.
Art direction= impeccable!
I love that the premise of this game relies on a joke and therefore, the whole game has ongoing sense of humor.
The soundtrack is amazing.
Looks like this game has long legs, competition, customization, etc...
That title is everything!
Sounds like an anime I'd actually watch, lol.
It's such a good creative/marketing ploy.
It's colorful and fun, jazzy music reminds me of cowboy beebop, and it seems Japanese influenced.
An FPS that stands out from the regular titles we tend to see around here. Well done!
Nintendo Club should give them away for coins as part of their reward system...I am a bit unimpressed with their current selection, aside from games of course.
The idea here is exposure, whether good or bad, and people can form their own opinions.
Often times, I have bought a game based on videos of actual gameplay and not reviews.
Youtube and the likes have given videogames a new platform to exist on.
I am totally loving Indie month, so glad I just got back home from a festive weekend away.
I can now catch up to all the articles I missed out on...kinda hard to do so in a secluded place without any wifi.
When I first started, I couldn't put it down for hours. I like the aesthetic of the game, and it runs very smoothly.
The combat is great and thrilling.
Discovering new areas is awesome. There's lots to do. You'll probably enjoy it.
I'll be at a wedding rehearsal, gosh darn it, if not, I'd be playing MK8, Pikmin 3 and Zelda HD.
Excellent questions, Are goats the new vampire? hehe
It is trending at the moment. Will we have a goat of time this month for the indie spread? lol
All of the art being hand drawn is amazing, reminds me of the dedication of Vanilla ware's projects.
Unfortunately, the embedded video doesn't seem to play.
(2D/3D) Fighters ruled the world at the time...I suppose that's the reason why the lay out felt so natural.
And I agree, the 2nd revision felt damn good in my hands.
I was raised with the sega master system gamepad in my hands, so I've held quite a few of them and even the genesis gamepad felt right.
Did you also get your hand on the arcade controller for the saturn? now that was a beast! lol
SNES gamepad was solid for most games on the console.
Sega saturn regular gamepad and the Nights game controller, which I believe was the blue print for the Dreamcast controller.
I kamehameha'ed all over the place as a child and destroyed quite a few things...lol. Ah, to be young again!
