According the article, there may be 18 titles coming from Sega Ages, I hope they redo the PS2 titles they had for Japan, as in Phantasy Star generations and Virtual On. I'll get them in Japanese if I have to. They are way too expensive nowadays. I hope more Saturn games and DC games are released. Nights into Dreams and Guardian Heroes should be no a brainer since they were released last gen.
I can see Platinum games work on it, it seems to be in their wheelhouse aesthetically and gameplay wise.
Kid Icarus on the 3ds needs to be remade in HD, that game was really fun, the controls were a tad awkward and I'd cramp up. It'd benefit from a more comfortable controller. I really enjoyed my time w it. Advance Wars is a no brainer, come on Intelligent systems!
It's like Mother (Earthbound) meets Zelda a link to the past.
The more devs we get working on the switch the better it is for players. I want to get my hands on more games this summer and fall.
Oh I didn't know, where did you find all that info?
Too bad it isn't released before the summer, I'd love to bum out on a very hot summer day and just play it all day long.
Even code of princess is 39.99 and that's a 3ds games.
From the footage they released of TWEWY, it does look like a major overhaul of the graphics, just an HD port.
39.99 would be fair.
I see a genesis game and a Cd drive, but I'm not sure what retro games it was supposed to play? Anyone knows?
They look like possible E3 announcements and based on the pricing, they look like games. Some of them full priced games, so AAA, perhaps.
I must say those are some well crafted nipples...alas, not news worthy.
Kotaku, I haven't bought the game yet (budgeting sucks!) but throw me your copy, I'll do more than stare at nipples.
Every time a JRPG releases on Western shores, a Japanese angel gets their wings. Already got Dragon Quest XI pre-ordered. Project Octopath is next, among others. I hope E3 brings in more releases and new announcements. It's a genre I cannot get enough of.
I think bots can be great for training grounds and for actual gameplay if they are tiered in different levels of difficulty and can somehow be unpredictable.
However, these things in the feature photo staring right into my soul need to be burned off to a crisp!
They look like lifeless GTA hookers.
I am looking forward to it. Almost a month away, E3 couldn't come any sooner. I think they have a lot to announce maybe even a couple of surprises.
When I see SNES classics like metroid, megaman, mario RPG's, secret of mana, breath of fire, etc... then I'll jump in, better yet if they can include one or two n64 games, and one GC per month.
It seems affordable, 20 NES free games seems nice, would also like SNES games, maybe that's coming soon.
19.99 a year is great for those who enjoy multiplayer games without breaking the bank. Seems like you have to be online to play the NES games, what a bummer for games that require no online functionality.
LOL, yep!
What I don't understand is why release the royal edition if there are more episodes coming out? If they have enough content for another game, why not make it a part 2 ?
I honestly don't care for that episodic stuff, I play other games, so to have to re-plunge into that universe and remember the controls and the what nots can be daunting. Maybe it's just me.
This is coming from someone who truly enjoyed playing Final Fantasy and was fully invested in the story an...
Is that the only way he stays relevant as a gaming journalist? Using the term lightly here, just teasers of things he can't show. And so what?
I don't have anything against the guy, his E3 coverage is okay at best.
oh man, it stings real bad. Shelved? Not completely scrapped. Perhaps in this JRPG resurgence we can see it resurface and become a reality. Please make it happen.
