I know for sure that the Kinect will be well over $100 to stay competitive with their own 500 dollar bundle. It just doesn't make any sense from a pricing standpoint to have the standalone console be priced at 400 dollars and the Kinect 100 dollars and below. It would make the 500 dollar bundle useless.
Battlefield 4 has been nothing but a giant unplayable mess since launch. The newer Hardline game is coming out soon and the game has yet to fix crucial bugs that still plagues the game, so I see why PC gamers count has decline.
Um yeah... but whoever said it wasn't okay to own an Xbox One?
I am actually surprised that there are games being rendered below 1080p. I have been a PC gamer since 2009 and I never had an issue playing games at 1080p and have always prefered to play at the native resolution of my monitor.
If sacrifices are already been done to achieve that feat then I overally concern about the power of these "next-gen" consoles.
That sounds like an excellent to in include. I have been yearning for an inexpensive solution to LAN parties and Shadow Play seems to be the answer. With Shadow Play, my friend can play cooperative with me without the having to purchase the game or paying for an annual PSN fee if he doesn't have PS Plus.
I have seen PS Fanboys doing worst such sending death threats to the families of developers who makes exclusive games for Microsoft. At least they are civil enough to request for something without the use of violence.
I am also seeing articles of PS Fanboys crying over Witcher 3 because they are not getting a cloth map and card game.
The sales are 6 million combined since 2013. That is three times the number you pulled out your rear.
They always been PC oriented. The first Witcher is a PC-only game and the PC platform came DRM free with the Witcher 2. Red Project created GOG.com: a website advocates DRM free PC games and releases every game on that website DRM free.
Red Project in my eyes are great developers who treats their customers with care. Very few developers wouldn't even dare to make a PC game DRM free. I'm sure that they will treat their console fan base with that level of care as well.
To those PS fanboys who are complaining, please stop trying to shit on them. You are already getting so much exclusive content with Destiny. No Xbox fanboy is talking smack about Bungie, and they originally made Halo. Destiny isn't c...
Well port Minecraft to the Wii U so it can have three games instead of two.
Yelling yay backwards!... Oh wait.
Here is the link to the full interview: http://www.gamepur.com/feat...
I'm trying to see the part in the interview the developer directly states that the Xbox One is running 720p. The only mention of performance is in relation in the framerate being trageted at 50 frames instead of 60 frames because he believes that the hum...
Exhibit A. Sony announces a bunch of exclusive titles: "Sony is king of exclusives".
Exhibit B. Microsoft announces Tomb Raider as an exclusive: "Tomb Raider will be destroyed".
One the many flawless examples of Sony Fanboy logic over here in the N4G.
You will miss the Xbox brand when Sony inflates the price of the PS4 because there is less competition in the market.
I know Nvidia's 900 series will have stacked memory, so having stacked memory on the PS5 isn't so far fetched. The next PS4 revision could very feature stacked memory to converse space.
I think Destiny will be the most played game of 2014, at least in my mind. It has all the potential to becoming one: the developers, the publishers, the ad department, and most importantly the gameplay.
So what would compel you to purchase the Witcher 3 for your PS4 instead of PC?
Alan Wake was an amazing game that unfortunately didn't get the press it should deserve, but still a great great to play nonetheless. I have no doubt in my mind that Quantum Break will be a first class game.
Oh God I hope not. I still have a bad taste in my mouth when Microsoft to charge PC Gamers to play online with their Games for Windows platform.
I would it another year or two before there can truly be system configuration that will not only match the current price of the consoles, but outperform them by a sizable margin.
Affordable graphics card that supports DX12 will available by that time frame, and DX12 API will supposedly give low-level access to the hardware. It will interesting to see how developers will utilize it later down the road.
