@samsamurai
The FF13 scenes are pre-rendered while Mass Effect 2 uses the actual game engine.
I guess the answer lies in the marketing and advertisement of the game. They are not many commercials for other PS3 exclusives, and Sony isn't greatest in the advertising department. Some of Sony ADs I've seen gives me a "WTF just happen" feeling. If Microsoft knows how to do anything, then it is hyping a game. Swear I get goosebumps watching them, and that's why 360 exclusives sell very well.
Compare and contrast the commercials for exclusives of the competing console ...
OLED is the future!
Seven video card are really pointless since most games support only up to two. Same goes for CPU; most games only support up to two core and a handfull supports four. It'd be pointless have two in there.
Anyway, this motherboardis intended for workstations and not gaming, so I don't know why this article is on ng4.
@Mushroomwig
It took a Sony a completely new hardware revision to keep PSP piracy at bay, and even hackers still found a way exploit it eventually.
It's official now; I'm getting a PS3! Kudos to Geohot for taking the time and effort to hack the PS3, and I'm proud to be in same generation of kid him. Most kids our age are given everything on a patter, but he is one few exception.
What PC gamer buys retail when he can just get it on Steam? With a just single credit card purchase, I get the freedom to install the game on any PC without having to worry about keeping track of a physical disc and avoid those stupid disc checks.
With Dice all the way! Should IW how making a game is suppose to be properly done.
@GreenRingOfLife
You must be kidding. Have you see his hair-drying technique? That alone is gonna make this game so cash.
That's not true. Ted Price, the lead designer and one of the writers, the clearly stated that Resistance 2 is running 30 frames at 720 resolution in a live Q&A. The source link to the article is below for reference. Just type "framerate" in your browser's find feature to skip the rest.

@reaferfore20
Resistance 1 and 2 are locked at 30 frames and run a native 720 resolution. And no, the number of players does not equate to the numbers frames if that was what you were implying.
Great, another article telling me what I can and can't play.
Screw disc storage and native resolution. I just want to know the kind of GPU and CPU future consoles will use.
Will Sony use a cell processor with more SPU and/or PPE cores or ditch the cell and use a completely differently CPU architecture (this means PS3 backward compatibility will next to impossible.)?
Will the new consoles use multiple GPUs similar to crossfirex/SLI, and if so then how will they solve then heating issue without risking the size-factor: water-coo...
I think Sony should just go with the digital download trend. Digital downloads will be cheaper than buying an actual physical copy. You're just paying for the data and not the case, manual, and disc. A 1tb HDD may be expensive now but will be cheaper over time.

Ever seen Super Mario Galaxy running on the Dolphin Emulator?

Actually, they are right about this. The game was originally planned to be released for both the PC and xbox 360. However, Remedy decided to concentrate their focus on 360 version to make developing the game easier and faster, and left Microsoft with the PC port.
Looks absolutely amazing and is a breath of fresh air from all FPS games I've played. Alan Wake and Halo reach are the games keeping me from selling my xbox 360. Correct if I'm wrong, but I think this is the only game that takes full advantage of the third core of the Xenos CPU.
The manufacturing and distribution of modchips itself are is legal, but the modified bios that allows the system to run unsigned codes are illegal. That why most modchips don't come with the bios and must be found on the internet.
I can't believe you actually have the integrity to bash the 360 at an article this serious and unrelated. I'm taking away one your bubbles because someone like you doesn't deserve the luxury of speaking to me nor other sensible people.
