Wrong, Sega Saturn was cool and had a ton of Shoot Em Ups. It didn't sell great in America but it did decent in Japan.

It was ok, I'm glad they didn't release a new one every year. Since it's been 4 years, It's given us enough time to miss it. I hope New Super Mario Bros. Switch is fun and "Switches" things up a bit.

nah Gran Turismo also Microtransactions everywhere now. At least it's only released once every 5 years or so, quality is high enough to almost warrant it.

It doesn't matter, it never mattered. What Matters is FUN, gameplay. Maybe story but only secondary to FUN/Gameplay.
It's actually to Nintendo's benefit to get this negative news. Switch needs to have expectations lowered a lot.
Always Online DRM = No Buy. Besides you can get better versions of the game on the 3DS, Wii U, Wii or hell DS version is even better.

Sonic Jam is a compilation, while the hub world is interesting not good enough on it's own to really be a game. Mean Bean Machine is just Puyo Pop, it only technically would count but Sonic isn't even in the game. Christmas Nights isn't a Sonic game. I agree with you Sonic 2 is the best stand alone Sonic game (Although I like Sonic 3 & Knuckles as a combined package just as much).
tbh if UHD isn't a system seller why would 4K at all be a system seller? You assume if you are pushing 4K as a feature it would support 4K Disks (It's their own disk format LOL). You can get a 4K television for really cheap right now, most aren't good enough for gaming (too much lag/latency) but good enough for watching movies ironically enough
Could just plug it into a wall outlet. They are working on new wireless tech but they can easily do 1080P with very little latency right now.
Waiting for next gen Oculus or HTC Vive, hopefully they fix out all the crap. Honestly hope they release a wireless version if I'm paying 800 bucks for one why isn't it wireless?
Don't buy games at launch unless you really really love it or want to play multi with friends. Playing backlog first (Games I like more first).
