Nintendo didn't support bitstream audio on the Wii U so I just assume the lack of Optical means they won't have it on Switch so you would have to get a more expensive converter. Might as well just get a new Speaker System. But if you are serious about Audio, Raw Audio is much better than Bit Stream. I can notice the difference on Xbox One.

Can easily convert HDMI to Optical Audio. Non-issue, anyone who cares about this but won't buy the 10-20 dollar converter is just whining. Focus on the more serious flaws. (yes it most likely won't support Optical 5.1 because it won't support bitstream, but you can still get stereo out of it. Otherwise time to buy a new Speaker System if you care enough).

Virtual Reality may or may not be a gimmick, Sony doesn't force you to buy it though. PSVR will live or die based on it's own value and not held up artificially by the PS4 as a whole. Nintendo Switch forces you to buy Motion Controls in order to play Nintendo Games, when 99% of people were going to buy the Switch anyway for the Nintendo titles.

Scorpio will be compatible with Every Xbox One game and 300+ Xbox 360 games out of the box. Nintendo switch won't have many games, no backwards compatibility and very slow roll out of Virtual Console games that you have to rebuy.
Scorpio will be much much much powerful than Nintendo Switch and Xbone is still more powerful than switch so not really an argument.

No it doesn't, Nintendo doesn't need to change anything just keep releasing mediocre systems, mediocre operating system, mediocre services and force people to use a smartphone to do voice chat XD. I know so many people who hate rumble and turn it off. I personally I like it but it's not that big of a deal. I remember it being abused on 360 by devs as well to the point of me just turning it off. Besides this isn't original either, and honestly the force feedback in the Xbone Triggers are more impressive but only really for racing games (which hardcore players will just use a wheel lol).
Wrong, the PS4 is 3 years old and will still be much more powerful than the Switch. Unacceptable.
