Mic array ensures that EVERYONE will be able to chat, which has been a big holdup with PS4 games, often times people don't have their mics plugged in or just don't have them at all.
The grips look more comfy, which is good, PS4's can hurt my hands sometimes after very long playtimes.

Microsoft has been in the game for 3 generations now, and has never won a single one. In fact, Xbox was in dead last behind Gamecube, Xbox 360 lost out to Wii and PS3, PS4 stomped both Xbox One and Xbox One X, so they've never even got second place by the time it was all said and done. Meanwhile, Sony has only landed in second place once, with PS3, and they learned from those mistakes with PS4. With Cerny at the helm, I have no doubts that PS5 will continue this trend.

Sucks for those with older surround sound systems, and unfortunately many TVs reduce the stream they spit out of their optical jack to 2 channels, so you lose the 5.1/7.1 audio.
Isn't there supposed to be another weaker model of series X announced? If so, does that make Series X their "pro" console of next gen? If so, that isn't very encouraging to see the base model PS4 exceeding it in some ways.
They don't just find obscure developers to interview, they find obscure developers to interview and then have them say the most obvious shit you can possibly think of. People click on it thinking it's news, they get ad hits while essentially spamming N4G with nonsense that reveals nothing that wasn't already known.

Just goes to show that raw teraflop numbers are not representative of actual in-game power.
Nothing is stopping Xbox, Nintendo, or PC developers from making their own version of this. Microsoft tried once to make a PCS (play, create, share, the genre media molecule invented) game, but it didn't take off.
You kind of can already, you can leave your creations editable by other creators.
If any franchise can stir up interest in VR, it's this one. As long as they still continue to make 2D half life games, I'm all for it. I'd love to see the franchise eventually support both in the same game. As cinematic as Half Life is, it's a perfect fit.

I made a version of this game in dreams, slightly different, in that you are shooting planes that are dropping bombs on your city instead of shooting the missiles themselves (might add that later too)... missile commander. Check it out.
They'll never block people from playing their digital purchases on PS3, but you might not be able to take those games (digital or not) online, or message people online, etc... any online service part of the system is going to be shut down with time. Allowing you access to games you purchased isn't part of that, and if they tried to shut that down, it would result in lawsuits.
PS5 runs at faster clock speeds, so there will be times it has the framerate advantage, especially on CPU bound games. This isn't even factoring in it having a hard drive that is as much as 3 times faster, or the tempest engine removing the audio load from the CPU and aiding in other tasks as well.
