I think Sony should develop a game and title it "The Red Ring of Death". Then the fanboys can debate whether it is a 360-killer. It will be hilarious!

Yeah it was a big reason to get the PS3, and it was the right choice to make as a FF fan, since Versus looks even better and is PS3 exclusive.
I however bought the PS3 for GOW3 primarily, the multitude of other quality exclusives doesn't hurt either. Especially since they all find themselves at the top of their respective genres.
How many more times much Kotaku, or another fanboy driven site try to belittle the PSN by making the multiple account accusation? I'd be fine with it, if they didn't completely ignore the fact that the 360 has a much worse issue with inflated numbers. I know so many people (myself included) who create a new live account every month to get the free month given to new accounts. Kleptic is right on the money with that, it's inspiring to see developers reach such a level in game creation. These guys are in a class all their own now. Naughty Dog will surely bring something truly remarkable with Uncharted 2 as well, what they did with character animations in Uncharted was pretty remarkable.

Day one purchase. If that has ever been said for any game in the history of gaming, it has never been more fitting than with Killzone 2 to date.
The xbots are in tears over this. Shadow Man has even returned to his shadowy corner for a good long cry.
They really are reaching to try and find a flaw in this game. These reviews that Killzone 2 will receive will be some of the funniest yet.
He tries to complain about some flaw where you can just use a knife to "Stab through Killzone 2". Then he mentions how he is playing one of the easier difficulties (normal) and can't even manage to make it through the first level using this tactic. What a waste when he could be focusing on so much more this game offers.

I agree with Nai, the battle system was pretty smooth. It could have had some minor tweaks, but I'm sure that will be addressed in 13.
The game was not a total waste. I thought the Balthier and Fran characters were some of the best in the history of the franchise.
