Agree

And they have the metacritic scores to prove it.

Congrats Turn10

Nice list

It will be a great conference if that all come to fruition (and I think it's likely).

Apparently it's catching on, even GT Sport may not have an off line career mode

Interesting

The part about pedestrians and police roaming and patrolling the streets sounds perfect for Cloud compute.

Surprised it's taken them this long to come out with a game for this gen

The title is funny for those who remember last gen when one version of the game didn't have any grass.

To say nothing of all the related spin-off products.

Money well spent

Same for Skype and Havok

Yes, MS has put a ginormous amount of $$ over many years into the Azure network, it will serve both Windows Office and gaming very well.

Great to have the backing of the one of the top 3 largest companies on earth.

A great mix, lots of variety.

WOW, 23 titles

Over 200 BC games out now, great work MS.

We already saw the impressive effect of Black Ops going BC.

I agree

@Cindy nd Ritch

the rewind feature, like numerous other features in Forza, can be turned off.

It's al about choice. Choose if you want arcade or simulated physics or something in between. And reviews have chosen Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 6 as the highest rated racing games this gen (just like last gen)

Awesome stuff

I'm no authority on f2p games, but this game is very addictive.

Good to see them rebalancing various tanks to keep it fair.

Well said

I remember when Peter More was working for MS in mid 2007, Jeff Knieghtly from Spike TV asked him about 2008 games because he had just been given a brief from Jack Tretton. Peter stated:

"It's easy to promise the future, before we talk about what's coming in 2008, why don't we talk about what you'll be playing this holiday."

So yes, I'm tired of seeing the same ppl making a list of games like &q...

Sounds like it is coming along nicely.

Looks fresh and different.

Not sure what one could compare it to?

Decent price too.

WOW, almost 190 BC games already.

Good to see BO runs 10% better than on the 360.

Fans who have been buying up used copies will be very pleased.

I agree with what you said to chaz, however most of what was said is out of context.

GT5 stands as the PS3 highest selling game, just as Halo 3 (over 12m) is for 360. Only difference is that Halo games came out regularly which make it the much more impressive.

No one expects a game to sell the same on a console with 160m sales (PS2) as one with 24m (OX), so focusing on the PS3/360 gen is much better example.

It's also hard to comp...

I suspect that feeling (having a hard time taking someone seriously) goes both ways.

Especially when that person uses a game with a metacritic score of 71 and a studio that's been subsequently closed.

3564d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

Nope

You might want to check the metacritic scores as the series you mention has consistently scored highest.

I'm going to assume that when you refer to "cars" in those games that you are counting all the "previous gens" cars that were carried over and had no interior to begin with, then received a generic interior later?

Compare the completed cars for the applicable gen and the result is quite different.

Let's see what the CEO says in the article:

"Electronic Arts has gone on record several times on the fact that EA Access on Xbox One and the recently introduced Origin Access on PC are quite successful subscription services, and apparently other publishers have taken notice, and would like a slice of the cake, as mentioned by CEO Andrew Wilson during the Q&A Session of the latest investor day."

So:

1. Successful subsc...

80% of subscribers playing games they never played before, that's good, it's a good deal, glad to hear it is a big success.

I remember a commenter with a small family opting for EA Access as it proved everyone with numerous choices of games to player for $30 a year ($2.50/month).

Discounts on new games reduces the cost even further for purchasers.
