I guess everyone on this thread is a fan of Super Androgynous Character Vol XXIV. Then...there is the rest of the gaming community.
T'was cool in the 90's. But alas...Square hasn't made any other good games.
I was REAAAAALLY amped for VS XIII for the simple fact that it won't be turn based. As well as the fact that there won't be any random stuffed animals popping out of people's pockets. Mature themes FTW.
Unfortun...
Haha, I take that back. Kingdom Hearts II was awesome. But yeah, otherwise.....they never made any other good games.
And then..........Square never made another good game.
Haha sounds like you got burnt out early. I'm 29 now but its more of a weekend/end of the week practice.
That every day burn is never good.
Maybe it doesnt matter who plays Kratos because Hollywood will bastardize a perfectly great video game franchise into a popcorn, B-rate, knoff off of a movie because that's what they do.....regardless of what race he is.
To each his own. It's like saying iPhones are the king of the hill. Perhaps. But I'd still rather own an Android.
Tugg Speedman!
Opinion:
God of War series is one of the FEW series in video games where EACH sequel was exponentially BETTER than the previous (in both sales and reception).
The fact that each one was led by a DIFFERENT director says a lot about the synergy of the team.
I'm all for no GoW game as the previous one ended on a high note, but considering their track record I welcome what they do next.
Am I the only one who was peeved at the fact that the journal in ME3 does NOT update itself??
I find an item and I have to REMEMBER that I got it. There is no update saying that I have it and to now bring it to said person.
I do miss hacking as well. Those were a fun break from the action. I love ME3 overall...it was just reeeeaally streamlined.
I dunno why people are being up in arms about specs for two systems that are no where near going to be launched.
There are no real specs out there.....plenty of life left in these systems.
Wow....
So there's Netflix, Vudu, Hulu, Amazon, PlayStation Store.....I mean so many different movie channels on this box.
So it doesn't bother anyone on this thread that the journal doesn't update any time you find/do something?
It's like one huge guessing game of keeping track of what you have done and what you need to do.
This would only really work if most people in the world decided that they would rather watch anything on a portable device rather than a television.
Human beings are animals....there are mandatory times in our day where we sit..we rest. If we moved 99% of the time then everything we do/watch on TV would be preferred on a mobile device. But we still sit at home and use the TV...which was mainstreamed almost 70+ years ago...and we're still using TV's today.
Animation....that's the problem.
Sure, there are examples of games that come close to photo realism. But the characters still move like robots (in most cases)
Photo realism gets thrown out the door if the characters behave like they're in a game. Pit Fighter...Mortal Kombat...these were examples of early games in the 90's that used digitized captures of actors......at 5 frames of animation lol.
The tech isn't there for EVERY...
Development tech that's easy for Devs to use.
The whole "let's make a complicated machine and justify its awesomeness by making it hard to code for" needs to be thrown out.
Otherwise, keep pumping out those 1st party titles. THAT, they shouldn't change.
The history of the television goes as far back as 1928. And we're still using TV's today. You can watch video on many devices....and we still use televisions.
Just because the iPAD can output games doesnt mean it replaces consoles. It just means that it can output games.
Is this review F'in serious? It's at 2.5 Stars on Amazon. And yes I own this game (sadly).
I know. I'm not curious about how long there have been people with no lives. I was more curious about why.
Wow. How important is a video game to people's lives that they have to petition for a better ending??????????
So nobody here cares about this downward shift and/or decline in the way we play consoles??
