Limbo is so far the only DLC worth my money. After playing the demo of Journey yesterday, this will definitely be my 2nd.

Im not down for next gen until an MMO (a game genre I dont play) which has so much data, people online, etc going on at once......looks as good as The Last of Us.
In fact....Gears/Last of Us/Uncharted etc.....these have to be considered "bad graphics" in the next gen for me to want the new systems.
If all devs cant pull this off at minimum....I don't want it.
I'm with you on that. I'm 4% body fat, work out 5 to 6 days a week, have a full time job and I will most likely be playing video games as long as I can.
I like to play video games to sit on my ass and relax. I don't want to get up and move around when I'm watching a movie. And the same goes for my games.
That's what the gym is for. Been gaming since the Commodore 64 to the PS3 with everything in between.

This was actually my opinion on every single console I've ever had for the past 20 years.
The difference is this is a reality that I want, and not a reality that will ever happen...on any piece of hardware.
Like the rest of us, I'll get a new console when I'm ready, about 5 to 10% of those games will max this concept out, the other 90% wont, and we do it all over again the following gen.
More power to you for enjoying that, but ev...
Until every game of every genre (sports, action, story, fighting, you name it, etc) is as visually impressive as Naughty Dog and Quantic Dream games....I'll take another 5 years.
In fact, how bout every genre known to man be as visually appealing as their games.

Animations are what make visuals believable. It's about MOVEMENT. Lots of games are CGi quality in visuals....but once they start moving like robots, the human eye already perceives them as unrealistic.
Let's get some physics and animation tech to be STANDARDIZED across the industry, then I'll be impressed.

The hardware of gaming history up to this point hasn't reached a level of photo-realism, or let's say, Pixar/Dreamworks quality movie visuals. We may even have a few more gens till we get there, but we are close.

The ending was definitely lazy. There is sooooooooo much lore to the ME universe. And rather than getting a full blown out explanation of the whole thing, we get a "this is what we're doing, here are your 'choices' glad u played the series, bye'" type of ending.
