This game needs a 1v1 versus mode
Nothing that crazy, lol, but yes I feel like I enjoyed this type of genre more in games like Callisto Protocol and Cronos....which obviously are inspired by games like Dead Space.
But I agree....4 was the last time I was interested in this formula, although I liked the action movie approach they went with in 6.
Cant wait to see 60fps footage
Are people not allowed to like walking sims?
Add some cinematic flair to the gun-kills & melee. Game is so damn vanilla.
You think they would at least thank all their employees with fat, life changing bonuses before giving them the boot. They could do that and still be rich but greed is greed I guess.
As a PC gamer, this is why I always keep a console handy.
Sounds like the game is poorly optimized then.
"Mostly Negative" on Steam too

"Sure financially you can't say it's a failure, but to have the same criticisms game after game means the game fails to improve on what matters the most. And that can be said about pretty much all of Ubis releases over the last decade. They follow a dated formula, their games tend to bring with them a disappointment. Add to that how they've been at the forefront of online requirement for their otherwise sp games and their stream of MP games they shut down months after release...
No game deserves an 8.5 just for the graphics alone. I just played Hellblade II on Game Pass. Its as photorealistic as it gets and I would absolutely not give it an 8.5.
It definitely adds up. If you buy it and rate it a 1, then clearly you didn't like the product.
"Wait exactly a year from Shadows release. You'll see dozens of posts and video essays on how it's the same shite different era."
Thats fine. People can say whatever they want about the game. Doesn't change the fact that it didnt fail.
Wildlands 2 sounds like a dream come true
Boo, why no 3rd person option
AC Shadows was made by Ubisoft and it didnt fail
Before and Before
Prices have gone up but attention spans have also gone down....especially in younger generations.
The average consumer doesnt care how you got there. They only care what the end result looks like.
"Snapchat Filter" is just one art-style. There are thousands of art styles
The long game - players will be able to apply any filter they want on top of any game, or devs will shorten dev cycles with AI to achieve visual targets before shipping.
