While I don't really care about this, I just love the hypocrisy in the female "empowerment" movement.
Agreed. I could see there being the option to stream games instead of buy the hardware. But the vast majority are going to buy the hardware.
In many places, data caps are pretty reasonable. Here while Comcast isn't great, their data cap is still 1TB which the vast majority of people don't run up against.
@Blasphemy 5G won't be rolled out anywhere near completely when the PS5 and XB2 come out. They have to be fairly into the design process of those consoles already. They can't design them with the hope that a wireless technology, that has barely seen the light of data, will be deployed worldwide for the success of their new consoles.
@TheUndertaker85. That's not true. You can back up save data to an external hard drive.
No they won't be.
My Pro sits in a little cubby on my desk hutch. I cut out part of the back for cables and air flow. So it has good air flow from the front, 5-6 inches above it, and can blow hot air out the back. It kicks on high sometimes. But overall isn't bad.
Plenty of games don't let you jump....not sure it's an issue if it isn't a part of the game design.
Because it's insanely fun and there's a reason to do all the grinding it requires.
The idea of them buying a company would be to address their lack of exclusive games. Buying Valve would do nothing for them to that end. It'd make more sense for them to buy the rights to make new games based on Valve's IPs since Valve isn't really making games anymore.
It's pretty common....
Honestly with how Microsoft is doing these days, that could be an improvement if they bought EA. As long as they didn't try to make all EA games Microsoft exclusives. But how about you buy Bioware from EA Microsoft.
Streaming games will lock entire segments of the world out of gaming. Not everyone has an internet connection capable of streaming. While it might get more viable in the future, it will not replace dedicated hardware any time soon.
At the end of the fall there might be reason to return past the next expansion.
Sadly does not apply to PS+ subscriptions
Well $30M Euros is $36.7M roughly. Either way, pretty low. Engineers aren't cheap. Especially in Europe where taxes are out the butt.
Also note that Heavy Rain was $21M. But when the game is just a series of choices and scripted events based on the choices you make, that lowers the amount of work required considerably. The player has very little freedom to break the game in that system.
What the heck Sony?
Believing that is the height of stupidity.
Of course they care. The very job of a corporation is to care what people think. Because if they don't, their product will not sell as well as it otherwise could. Especially a product like a games console which isn't necessary for anyone to live.
Looks pretty damn good for one person.
The option has been there for years. You have to enable it. It doesn't come set by default.
