@Lore - "Maybe because some people buy more than 10+ games a year. It adds up"
Yeah I'm not going to cry for you.
Just means I'll buy more games 2-3 months after release instead of at launch. I already wait on most titles as it is. I'm already seeing TLOU2 on FB Marketplace for $35-40.
Played ME 1-3 and Andromeda and did practically everything. ME 1-3 were incredible story. Andromeda wasn't a bad game. It just definitely felt empty on the planets. And the story wasn't anywhere near the quality of ME1-3. Hard to go from galaxy destroying, sentient robots to underwhelming aliens bent on galaxy wide conquest. There was potential but it wasn't amazing. I will admit I'm not sure how much of my opinion was swayed by the fact that I knew my playthrough would...
Really? I know on PS you can play Fortnite without PS+. Microsoft has allowed a few games though to go through it's network without Gold. FFXI on 360 did it.
Steam costs developers quite a bit of money. Just because you aren't paying for it, doesn't mean it's free. Steam also doesn't provide servers to play on. Steam just until recently, was the only game in town.
No I just didn't need them.
It's nice but I'll still take the Spiderman one.
"The game reviewer who got put into ME3 and had sex with Shepard."
???
Frozen Wilds wasn't anything new to the game really but it was more of the greatness that is HZD.
We don't even know yet. We haven't seen true gameplay.
Winning.
I like to own my games in general. You don't own digital content. I own the disc to the game in my house.
Same can be said of CDPR. While they released Gwent and the Tales game, those weren't anywhere near a massive effort that Witcher 3 was. Now yes, Rockstar though has seemed focus heavily on the MP component of their games which has driven crazy revenue to them. Not that that's a bad thing. More power to them. I just ask they keep the SP experiences coming to. It's easy to see why RDR2 took so long. The game was utterly massive.
Yeah I don't view this as problems so much as last gen limitations.
If it's a 1080p version of the console with largely the same CPU and the appropriate RAM for that resolution, I could end up getting this. Because I'm definitely getting the PS5.
I'm more worried about the longevity of the drives than the space. HDDs don't have terrible longevity problems. But I worry about if the PS5 or XSXs SSD will be QLC based, what will the longevity be? QLC drives have a far lower MTTF than a SLC or MLC drive.
PETA kills far more animals than they help. Because in PETAs eyes, an animal is better off dead than owned and cared for by a human.
Agreed. Maybe get their pricing down to levels that aren't utterly ridiculous either.
I'm ok with that. They can't put out a good new RPG so might as well remaster the old ones. Gotta make up for that lost Anthem revenue somehow.
That's not what he said. And Sony has confirmed HW accelerated ray tracing for the PS5.
